My boyfriend went in and purchased a bottle of their house juice called Milkyloops today in store…read more Got back in the car and went to use it, turns out this bottle didn't have a spout on it and he ended up with half a bottle of e-juice all over my his clothes, his device and my brand new car. I went back in to complain and the guy there said it's not the first time it's happened, he said when the bottles come in they are one unit so he cannot tell if it has a spout or not...that is a lame excuse, very frusturating. He then chuckled and said "he must be pretty pissed" referring to my boyfriend.....yeah of course he is, alot of expensive stuff got covered in juice. All he did was replace our bottle of juice and half ass cleaned off the device.......our clothes/shoes are stained and the inside of my car is going to take alot of cleaning. He had other customers in there when I came back in and he seemed more focused on helping them then solving this issue. They have definitely lost our business, how hard is it to ensure quality on a product you label as your own. Don't bother wasting your time, there are many more reputable shops in Vancouver to take your business.

I myself purchased the smok nord and it was misfiring in my purse which burnt the top part of the pod, Pasu and Steve who was there to help me kindly to switch it out with a brand new pod for $9.99. After replacing the pod there was still a burnt smell so they helped me soak it, moral of the story is they are passionate to help their clients. As a regular customer I am very dissapointed that a employee who was working night shift thought…read morehe could steal $1.50 right in front of me accusing us of being short but I counted it four times to make sure before even coming in and counted it In front of him more than once.all I came in to buy was two cans of pop and a single cigar and he was trying to steal 1.50 out of the change and telling me I was short but in the end I was only short 15 cents. and the day before I gave them an extra 30 cents for free which I have done numerous times. so I demanded a refund on the spot and he still kept trying to give me shorter change and telling me to be "nice" while still trying to steal the $1.50 and trying to give me less than the amount I gave in the beggining from the start this is only 1 employee which was very dissapointing so be careful guys because it shows how really hard times are I guess trying to steal 1.50 cents how pathetic!!!
