As soon as we walked we were greeted. The store GM attended to us as all were busy. He went through our needs and what we wanted and left the decision to us giving us pros and cons for each of the appliances and brands. No pressure. We told him that we would make a decision and come back. No pressure that the deal is for today BS. He promised us he would send us the specs for the appliances so that we can start passing the specs to the kitchen designer for perfect fits. He did what he promised. Next week we came and closed the deal. The pricing he did for us was very satisfying to us. When we close a deal we want to feel that we can rely on him. It was refreshing to deal where the reps are working to what you need and not how much commission they can earn on a deal. I would recommend to go here for all your major appliance purchases and even the high-end luxury brands such as Sub Zero, Thermador, Fisher Paykel and also the regular brands as they vary just about every brand and budget.

The driver responded with a string of invectives, calling me an "incel" telling me I didn't have a job, etc. Very odd considering I mentioned my wife and the technician who were waiting to get into my driveway. I don't appreciate having to clean styrofoam out of my driveway because they can't stay on their customers driveway - nor do I appreciate hostility towards my completely legal right to enjoyment of my property. Incel is a term used by so-called pick up artists who are extremely misogynistic. I had to google it, so the delivery driver's attitude tells me a lot about it. They were also months late getting the delivery to my neighbour who is also dissatisfied with their service. Coach your delivery team - if they cannot respond to a polite request or at least offer a low level apology, they are probably engaging in road rage, insubordination, and other hostile actions. Its a really bad look for your business. And they are also asking for 5 star reviews to try and fight back against the legitimate criticism here.

Honest guy and fixed my dryer (heat wasn't working). Woohoo. This is my first time hiring a handy man so you can only imagine how overwhelming it can be to find one since there are so many to choose from. But I chose Appliances Wizards for the owner just seemed like an honest and hardworking person. If you check his website, he even says why overcharge when people are just trying to get things fixed so they can get on with their day to day life. Glad my confidence in this small business owner panned out. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.

Awful Experience - Misleading Pricing & Unprofessional Service…read more Visited Goman Mississauga today to purchase an LG range (LSIL6334XE). Their entrance sign promises price matching, but the experience was the opposite. I showed the salesperson Goman's own website listing the model for $1,999. Instead of acknowledging it, he claimed it was an "old model," tried to push a higher-priced model, and even said my chosen model might not be in stock. Only after I was about to leave did he "check" and confirm a shipment was coming. When he started the order, he quoted $2,100, despite the online price. He then claimed he couldn't find the model on the Goman website--so I had to walk him through their own site. After speaking with the manager, he agreed to match the $1,999 price. When I showed him Home Depot's price of $1,895, he responded arrogantly: "Grab it." Completely unprofessional. I spoke to the manager, who tried to excuse it as a "wrong model" issue, which simply wasn't true. He then said they would match Home Depot--but wanted $199+tax for delivery and removal (which Home Depot includes). In the end, I bought it from Home Depot. Misleading price-match claims, poor transparency, and discourteous service. Very disappointing experience.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

This was a very old stove in a rental property, and it did not make sense spending that kind of money to fix it. I decided at those prices I would throw out the stove and I purchased a second hand Inglis for $300 which is working perfectly. I am sorry I wasted my time and money with JSK.
