As soon as we walked we were greeted. The store GM attended to us as all were busy. He went through our needs and what we wanted and left the decision to us giving us pros and cons for each of the appliances and brands. No pressure. We told him that we would make a decision and come back. No pressure that the deal is for today BS. He promised us he would send us the specs for the appliances so that we can start passing the specs to the kitchen designer for perfect fits. He did what he promised. Next week we came and closed the deal. The pricing he did for us was very satisfying to us. When we close a deal we want to feel that we can rely on him. It was refreshing to deal where the reps are working to what you need and not how much commission they can earn on a deal. I would recommend to go here for all your major appliance purchases and even the high-end luxury brands such as Sub Zero, Thermador, Fisher Paykel and also the regular brands as they vary just about every brand and budget.

It's worth calling them before replacing an appliance. They will tell you if they can repair it for less than replacing. We had mixed experiences with our 48" fridge and freezer repair. Our initial issue was related to…read morethe freezer not cooling and making a very loud noise when running. This took 3 visits to resolve with the first being a bit of a misdiagnosis. After that- that issue was resolved fairly easily. The second request was for fridge and freezer gasket replacement. This was (and still is) a complete disaster. The gasket has been changed, installed a second time, reordered, and reinstalled- without the issue being rectified. A heat gun was used by the tech at the initial installation to help the gasket expand. This damaged the inside of the door and the freezer compartment still isn't as it should be in terms of the gasket forming a proper seal. We were essentially told the issue with the seal had to do with "internal insulation degradation" and that there is nothing more to be done. We are left with the option to use paper towels to expand the gasket so it reaches the body of the freezer- still with no actual seal. No attempt to compensate for the time, effort, and lack of ability to fix the issue on the part of the company. The tech we dealt with is very professional, personable, and helpful, but the lack of the company's accountability for the job not being completed to a satisfactory level leaves me not so happy to recommend this company to anyone- particularly since the simpler of the 2 jobs we requested was the one that has still not been resolved. The cost of the services was also excessive given the number of times we had to have them out and the fact that it is still not repaired properly.

The one year warranty is a scam and the owner is absolutely the most disgusting, rude, and…read moreunethical business owner I have ever came across. We purchased 22 shrubs from this store and a few of them seems to have dry leaves. When we mentioned this, we were told that there was a one year warranty on these plants and if they get worse, we can bring them back. We have a south facing huge backyard with plenty of sun and we brought all the plants in the backyard and placed them exactly where we wanted to plant them. We watered all the plants everyday. Unfortunately, a few of the plants that didn't look good when we purchased them became progressively worse, so we decided to go back and return them. The lady at the customer service desk looked at us with an attitude and called the owner right away to speak to us. Vince Crupi came and instantly began hurling accusations at us. He began by saying that we must have left the plants in the garage, then he said that we didn't water them enough, then he said that we have been abusing the plants in some way!!!! None of his accusations were true as we had the other 18 shrubs that are doing quite well. I tried explaining this to him and told him that I didn't appreciate his accusations since we did not bring rest of the plants to return and that his accusations didn't even make sense. When I asked him to take his plants back, he said that we could certainly leave these plants but we were not going to getting our money back. I reminded him of the one year warranty and he ordered the lady at the customer service desk to stamp our receipt "Final Sale" to void our warranty! My husband and I were shocked at their outrageous and unethical behavior. I was very upset at their actions and said that they couldn't do that. Vince smirked and said "Yes, I can do anything I want and I just did. I have been running this business for 40 years so I absolutely can do whatever I want and you no longer have any warranty as we just stamped final sale on your receipt". I told him that customers have rights and what he did was unethical. Vince Crupi then told us to get out of his store and asked the lady to call police. The customer service lady was absolutely the rudest person and came right up to my face to within one foot distance to kick us out of the store. We are a very busy family, but we intend to take legal action against this business owner as what he did goes against business ethics. As customers, we must speak up so this type of business owners don't abuse their power and behave unethical. Vince behaved like we live in a 3rd world country where powerful people can do whatever they want and the public has no rights. I felt humiliated and my rights were violated for the very first time and they shouldn't think that it's okay to do what they did to us.
