***Update!*** I was still having issues with my dryer drying…read moreall the way, even though it heats up now. So I texted Troy back and he got me on his schedule ASAP. He came out and checked everything and figured out that my vent was clogged from the dryer to my outside. So he spent two hours cleaning it out. And we could not believe the amount of lint that came out of that tube! It's no wonder my dryer overheated the first time. Troy went above and beyond to make sure air was getting through. Cleaning from both inside the house and outside the house. He even pulled out a couple of birds and a birds nest that had gotten in there. I'm assuming that's where our problem started. The culprits of the initial clog! But after a couple different problems and problem solving, Troy got it done!! He needs a raise after this one! And a good shower!

I would have said to Hell with RC Willey all together for employing such a terrible salesperson like J, luckily as we left the interaction with J we were met by Gordon who treated us like customers spending any amount of money ought to be treated, he was informative and nice and helped us select some items that went nicely together for our apartment. Then J had the audacity to come up while we were checking out with Gordon and trying to say something to us insinuating Gordon stole us. No J your lack of professionalism and common decency drove us away, right into Gordon's arms, I'm glad Gordon made some sales that day and I hope J never sells another piece of furniture for R C Willey or any other store ever.

Peter came after a long workday at 5 p.m., said our compressor had failed, advised us that a new compressor would last better than our last one had, and noted that the rest of the fridge was in excellent shape.
