He tested, scanned, and scoped me and declared I was fine and whatever was happening was benign. I could help with parts of it by doing some exercises. He was always friendly and kind, even when I was terrified by the scope (wanna guess where it went at the urologist?) and acting like a total baby. He said he could do more tests if I get concerned later in the future but since he found nothing with what he had done so far he didn't see a need to do so unless it was to assuage my concerns.

I respect him and the nurses who work for him, but his front-of-house is what makes me never want to come back. They all look and act just like zombies: shambling around with vacant looks, moving slowly, and acting as though they would rather be anywhere but there. Many times, I've heard them talking about patients at the desk and laughing about them. The looks they give me when I come up to the desk are ones that say, "You have a bathroom problem? You're disgusting. At least I'm good enough not to have one." They make me feel embarrassed and ashamed, and I can tell that not a single one of them cares about me as a person. I understand that they deal with urine and feces all day, but they don't need to take that out on me. I've already left two surveys in their office asking that something be said to the staff, but I might as well have thrown them in the trash for all the good they did me. I'm looking forward to finding a new place that treats me better.

Definitely not concerned with patients. Side note if you're 15 min late for your appointment check in you get charged for the visit. So 2 hr late on the appointment it should be free right yea not with this place. They think people don't have other things planned or that they are the only ones that can see someone. well you won't see me in the doors again

My surgeon's office called and asked if I minded switching to St. Francis because he had another case that required that facility. Of course I said yes and I'm thrilled I did! SFSC was awesome! Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!

The nurses were very attentive to my needs and very professional. I have been through several surgery centers and this one was defiantly in my top three!
