The Negative: Very unhappy with how this office communicates. I called to make the earliest appointment and was told to come in at 7:15, with a full bladder, for a 7:30 appointment. I was the third patient in and currently still waiting for my test 40 minutes after my appnt time. When my spouse went to check we were told my appnt is actually at 8am and the ultrasounds were not started till 8. This was opposite of what I was told on the phone.
