Their different business model cheated me out of 39 of the 100 doses I had prepaid. (That's $780). I was told the medicine I went to get more of my doses wasn't made any more, and I'd have to sign up on their new plan - lowest entry was $1500! This was the only way I could get the 39 doses they owe me. I found out later that it was a lie about my med not being made any longer. I have learned they now have much competition in Memphis, so I'll shop around to find a clinic with more scruples. The solution is simple: 1) Give me the 39 doses, or 2) refund the $780 you owe me.

You can get the exact same dose plus testing for $100/month or less with no contracts elsewhere. 3. I was told verbally that they would cancel any amount that we did not use. We tried to cancel and they refused. What kind of doctors office makes you continue an elective treatment that you no longer want??? 4. THEY PUT MY PARTNER ON TRT EVEN THOUGH HE'S A SMOKER!!! Smoking substantially raises your risk of blood clots and stroke or heart attack. 5. They verbally gave him his test results and did not show an actual test result. They just wrote a number on paper and said "you have the testosterone of an 80 year old man". They told us they had in office testing but when I researched it testing takes one to two days at the fastest. 6. Huge red flag: you cannot find the physician's name anywhere on their website. They are taking advantage of people coming in with zero energy, just desperate to feel better and get their sex drive back. My surgeon's office called and asked if I minded switching to St. Francis because he had another case that required that facility. Of course I said yes and I'm thrilled I did! SFSC was awesome! Their receptionist was super nice, my pre-op nurse, Brad, was also awesome. Nice, personable, and professional. I had my shoulder worked on which required a block by an anesthesiologist. I don't remember his name but I think he was Indian. He was stupendous. He was kind and explained everything he did BEFORE he started. My block was predicted to last 12-18 hours and it lasted approximately 18.5! My first 24 hours post-op was completely pain free! Thanks doc! The post-op recovery nurse was also super kind and professional. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Given the choice I would choose SFSC AGAIN!
