The organization seems to embody the worst example of a roll-up of practices turning into a dysfunctional monster that dehumanizes its patients. Doctors there view their role as employees of the entity and they don't seem to have the sense of personal connection to their patients that other physicians I see possess.

Finally, in October, after calling to reschedule a third time, I finally had enough and said that I wasn't interested in rescheduling. Similar to other reviews, the scheduler was extremely rude and made sure to tell me that he was going to record this as me cancelling the appointment. This is potential grounds for a malpractice suit and it is only a matter of time before this clinic gets hit with a big suit.

Dr. Greenberger performed a procedure on his bladder in an attempt to stop the bleeding and clotting. The first procedure Dr. Greenberger performed dramatically improved his quality of life. To us, it was a miracle. In fact, the bleeding stopped entirely. I suspect that the procedure was sabotaged by an unknown drug/chemical (foul play) that would exacerbate bleeding and clotting. On vacation, he suddenly began bleeding and clotting profusely about 20 minutes after lunch. We were on our way to a convention, and we had to race back to the hospital in Memphis again. So, we were grateful Dr. Greenberger agreed to perform another procedure. He looks good and says he feels good.

He was always friendly and kind, even when I was terrified by the scope (wanna guess where it went at the urologist?) and acting like a total baby. He said he could do more tests if I get concerned later in the future but since he found nothing with what he had done so far he didn't see a need to do so unless it was to assuage my concerns.
