He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. I highly recommend this clinic--but only if you can see Dr. Wallace.

I have been here 5 times for myself & with my honey and I haven't gotten a single smile or cordial hello or goodbye to date. Hey you don't have to hire a staff that's full of personality but you shouldn't recruit your people from the DMV either. To be fair this attitude ends at the front of house (although the phlebotomist aren't all that cheery but they stick really great so that's okay) because the nurses are terrific and everyone back of house have a great manner and professionalism. Back of house is where the really important stuff gets done because this is the healthcare part happens. The rest is just money and time management and noise. My wife, son and I share the same GP or general practicioner (Lee Magro). He is a really good guy who is super sharp and listens to his patients. He is a real critical thinker and doesn't shy away from running any and all tests that can possibly get to the root of the problem. He gets it, don't just treat the stunkin' symptoms because the cause is the problem. A really great diagnostician always treats the problem and not the symptoms. He just has an office here and shares everything else with a gaggle of other MD's and APN's. There's also a DO here which is cool, I like DO's. 5 stars to the medical staff, not so much for the administrative and other staff.

Both take their time truly listening to help give their patients the best possible care. I went in recently for a bad burn (after dropping the incredibly hot open hair flat iron on my foot). I had pretty bad sinus issues at the time with a bad cough but I was dismissive of those issues since I thought they were just standard allergies and I was already taking a daily antihistamine. But the nurse practitioner Barbara wasn't so dismissive & kept making comments like perhaps we could do something to improve the bad way I was clearly feeling. Finally I thanked her & did allow her to examine me. Come to find out that in addition to my bad seasonal allergies I had a sinus and ear infection! I'm so thankful she took her time with me & didn't just rush in and out! We also changed my allergy meds & she recommended eye drops that, for the first time,actually improved my horribly itchy & red eyes! If you need a pcp you can't wrong by selecting this group!

The nurses are so sweet and always very welcoming. Dr. Stovall had emergency surgeries once or twice so I've seen Dr. Li and Dr. Ling. Its hard seeing a new OB/GYN because its just "personal" but they both made me feel very comfortable and like I've seen them all along. I would recommend this place specifically for any pregnant woman looking for a great experience out of an OB.

I saw Dr. Summitt on Tuesday. During the exam he literally coughed on my lady parts. No apology or…read moreacknowledgement. He prescribed pelvic floor PT and some medication. It is now Friday and the medication is still not called in. My insurance won't cover the PT. I have called the office daily with no response or assistance. I have a rectocele and a cystocele that is painful and causing issues going to the bathroom. I asked about ways to help me be able to go and other questions. He just kept saying the PT will help and never answered my question of what to do about not being able to go to the bathroom.
