So my appointment came up and I dropped my dog off at 10:00 for her 10:00 appointment. Right at 1:00 I get a call saying the groomer is having car issues and wouldn't be coming in. I can understand things happen unexpectedly but here is where I have an issue. She was supposed to be to work at 10:00 but you call me 3 hours later to tell me she wouldn't be coming in. At 11:00 when she hadn't showed up, I should have been called and told the situation and given the option to wait and see if she showed up or if I wanted to reschedule. I wondered around for 3 hours just waiting to pick up my dog. I should have been told what was going on! So on to what happened after. I had a call with the "manager". He told me the groomer would definitely be in the following Saturday and rescheduled me for that day. He also offered a discount. Ok fine. Saturday I drop my dog off again at 10:00. I got a call about 12:30 stating the groomer wouldn't be in because of yet again, car trouble. So the manager said he spoke with the groomer and she told him the car was fixed and she would be in. He scheduled this appointment and now I find out he lied! He offered to pick my dog up one day during the week and bring her to the place to be groomed. Some may feel comfortable with their dog being driven across the river by a stranger but I'm not one of those people! They also offered to pay for a company to come get her and again, that's not a good option. How on earth the groomer that hasn't shown up to work in weeks still have a job is beyond me. One of the workers gave me a name and email of the owner because I wanted to speak with them about what went on. Well she gave me a name and email but not of the owner. After walking to the back twice I guess the workers decided it would be funny to not give me the correct information. This place is ridiculous with the lies. The last text I sent o the manager went unanswered of course. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place sure isn't worth your time or money!!!!

At first it was fine. I have a senior dog that had been getting groomed here for over a year…read more Within the last week I had scheduled an appointment and overslept. So I cancelled it and rebooked the exact same person and the exact same senior dog. My appointment was at 730 with Alysha and due to a bit of traffic, I called to let them know I was around the corner (I was in the parking lot at 7:34), that's when the groomer decides to say that she wasn't sure if I was showing up because I was a no call/no show a couple times (it was once), and that she isn't comfortable grooming my senior dog because she is new and if I could come back at 10 so her supervisor could handle it. I had an appointment somewhere at 9 and could not be back in time to bring her for that time frame. She rescheduled me for 230 with the supervisor but I ended up canceling the appointment altogether. I asked her what would've happened had I not called and she said " I would've taken a look at the dog". Waiting until I get there to decide if you can groom my senior dog who has been there multiple times is inconsiderate as hell and unacceptable. Considering that I booked the same person and the same dog, once the groomer saw that, a courtesy call would've been nice. If the groomer was uncomfortable, she should've been calling me, and not me calling her and finding out as I'm in the parking lot. Very inconsiderate. Won't ever bring my pet back. Because now I'm worried that if you aren't comfortable, you will just hold my pet in the back and not say anything OR I'll have to find out as I'm dropping her off and that just doesn't make any sense.
