I use their day care 2 or 3 times a week. She gets plenty of exercise running in their big yard with other dogs. I see pictures taken every time I pick her up. She is always excited when she sees where we are going. She doesn't require grooming but I can book a bath when needed.

I scheduled my dog to board and got the checkout date wrong so I went to the app to try and change it and there is no function to do so (in 2024 that makes no sense). I figured I'd let it stand as is and when I pick him up early they would prorate the charge, especially considering they make you pay half up front. (Which I understand and have no problem with). When I got there to get my dog I'm told that their policy is to not prorate and that even though I wouldn't be using the service for the two nights I still had to pay. WTF????? That makes no sense and it's definitely a fleecing since they're kinda the only game in town. Bad business practices.

The first day the girl insults my dog who was a six month old Pomeranian as ugly. Pomeranians go through a ugly period at the age of six months. I overlooked her ignorance. The main issue is that I suspect they used a shock collar on her as I have reasons to believe this. The other issue is she learned nothing, nothing at all except to come back traumatized. Now do you see why it took me five years to calm down.

When I arrived I was told that the groomer quit and they couldn't fit me in. Would have been nice to get a call to tell me not to come but moreover they said their booking system was new and couldn't find my contact info. Couldn't offer a spot until a week from today. At least put your customers at the top of the queue when you mess up or offer a discount. Absolutely awful, don't waste your time here!
