He was more than happy to show us items behind the counter and you could tell that he was just happy and proud to talk about the things he's collected. He really loves what he does and it shows. Recentky I spoke to someone who said he should have looked thru them to see what I was selling . Never did that. First I was told how bad the covers were (Title). He never went thru any of them with me. When I was asked how many there were, I'd say between 125-150 albums. Years 1950-1985. So after being told how honest they were, I did accept the low offer. I was then shown by this person the value of some of my albums. I was totally lied to!!! Don't believe them. He also laughed when I said if there were any treasures in the collection it'd be nice to get something. He laughed. Sorry I sold them. Beware!!!!

The upstairs is my favorite part with an assortment of cute items like theme socks, dolls of famous political figures and authors and artwork. I actually picked up an awesome creepy owl in a suit. They had similar art of former presidents. At only $67 it was a great price and I had to do it. I can't wait to go back and browse. Luckily, my wife came up with CBug's Records in East Windsor. Our transaction went as smooth as glass. First, I sent an e-mail to see if CBug's was interested, and soon Chris mailed back, saying he was. We arranged a date and a time, and since his store is on the second floor of The Vintage Shops collective, I called him from the parking lot and he walked down to check out the goods in the trunk of our car, packed into three boxes. While he was doing that, I took the opportunity to check out his store, and I gotta tell ya, it's a music junkie's paradise. Everywhere you look are LP albums, 45 singles, cassettes, eight tracks, and a ton more of very cool music memorabilia. I had a brief discussion on price with Chris, and he made me a very fair offer that I was thrilled with. My experience at CBug's could not have been any better, and I gotta give a shout out to Chris for his courtesy, professionalism, timeliness, and fairness.
