So I wouldn't get it And that it was only a quarter. Well if it was only a quarter then give me my correct change It must mean something to someone. So who gets the quarter the dealers or the shop It's a sad day when people can tell me what's important to me. !!! Of course my friends and I will never go back. The world is changing very quickly.

Instead of adhering to the acceptance/denial notification date she originally stated in the specifications, the gallery director switched to a Hollywood style maneuver and told me I was, "shortlisted", with a NEW notification date a month away, thus rendering my artworks in limbo and unavailable for exhibition elsewhere. I contacted Ms. Soon and demanded a refund. After her sad attempt at convincing me that by having shortlisted several of my pieces she had indeed fulfilled her obligation of timely notification, I contacted my credit card company. Bank of America has no tolerance for this type of manipulation of terms and upon their investigation granted my full refund.

Horrible experience. Run!…read more Alison came to our house, measured our area. We have a confirmed email. The print was sent right to our framer and framed. We learned print was not numbered or signed and after a $1000 frame we saw it was the wrong size. She blamed everyone else but herself. The framer and I agree to split the cost with her and she refused. We showed the documentation to a lawyer and he said it was clear and we didn't owe her the money for the wrong size print. We paid to get her out of our life and how have a print which doesn't fit the space and is not numbered or signed. Run!!!!

Moreover I had to go out of town the next four days. JRM LLC took my phone call when I was out of town and went to the house immediately to make an estimate. They clearly explained what had to be done and why. The next day they had a crew there doing an emergency job. The rate charged was fair. Communication was excellent by phone and by smartphone photos. When we returned home we saw the work quality was outstanding. Rock solid. The deck repair looked better even than before it was broken! They even matched the paint accurately.
