We found Jim's listing while browsing the internet that was reasonable in condition and price. After speaking with him over the phone, even though he is in a different state, we felt we could trust his word and also his method of payment collection was reasonable as he took a deposit before the delivery and the balance upon delivery if the conditions were matching the listing. We are happy and pleased with his professionalism; he is the man of his word and would highly recommend him.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Took my four…read moresons into the music store (they are all classically trained pianists and multi-instrumentalists, we have a family band and they know how to treat instruments). We played some pianos on the first floor, then went upstairs where the guitars and drums were. We played some guitars, played some banjos, played some bass. Then my kids were playing the drumsets (playing, by the way, not banging on them) and some emerged from the elevator like a villain in an 80s movie and immediately started yelling at them very, very aggressively. Immediately with the yelling. Not asking us politely to stop, not suggesting we stop, not citing any policy or sign that would indicate we shouldn't have been playing the drums, just straight up yelling like an unhinged lunatic. At my kids. There was another employee up there with us who said nothing about what we were doing because, and I can't stress this enough, it was completely normal behavior in any music store in the entire world. I don't know who we could have been disturbing: there wasn't anybody else in the store. My family left pretty quickly, but I stuck around and went downstairs to hear him ranting from his office about how "these (redacted) kids were (redacted) around with things the second they walked in." I wonder if he means how we coordinated what key we were playing the pianos in so that it wouldn't be a cacophony? Or perhaps he doesn't like Mozart? Then he ranted some more and wondered "why the (redacted) they weren't in school". Um, they're homeschooled, guy. Anyway . . . I have taken my kids to many music stores and have never once been treated like this. Stay far away from this place until that guy is gone because he is bad at his job.
