I print several newsletters a year, using their mailing services. With a previous printer there were always things that went wrong and they didn't follow through on. Even though the print prices were good, the mailing services did not go smoothly. Then I tried a different printer and their mailing services went more smoothly but at the same price they couldn't offer the paper I preferred. With both these printers I had to follow up with them to see that I received the bad address reports and the "extra" newsletters shipped to me. Then I received the call from Spectra Print. They were willing to meet the price I had been receiving and provided the kind of paper I wanted. Melissa Olson, my CSR, makes everything easy and seamless. Everything happens promptly and as requested, without my having to follow up with them. They are very professional.

They service what they sell too. The only reason they didn't get 5 Stars is that they won't deliver on a Saturday and that makes it harder when you need the equipment delivered for your second home. I'm pretty sure I've only had to call them for help twice in those 6 years. Always pleasant and helpful. You always get a real local person who knows what they're doing. Had Charter at our previous home and it was horrible! Constantly had to reset it or spend 45 minutes on the phone who would be reading off a card or something trying to tell us how to fix the problem. With kids gaming, we had to pay the highest price for internet or it would be too slow. If we used too much we'd be in some really slow punitive mode. All crazy stuff. So glad to be done with Charter!

I took my ailing terminal to Zaxx's to get the work done. I fully expected the work to take more than a day because I got there late in the morning. To my surprise, I received a call less than 5 hours later telling me that my computer was ready for pick up!! The personnel at the shop is friendly and courteous; and my bill was exactly the same as the estimate. Zaxx's is a top-shelf repair shop!!

Finally, when my home office computer began to shut off without warning, they worked with me to make sure that not only did I have a replacement, but all my important files for work were transferred over. I have been working in the jewelry business for over a decade and have made multiple trip abroad to gather gems and fine jewelry alike. I always try and work with local jewelers as they are often rooted in the community which gives support back to that community. With that being said, the biggest concern that I would warn people in the Wisconsin Rapids area is that Paul Gross, in specific Robin, has a very entitled opinion and frankly can be very standoffish. I brought a loose diamond in to have set - when asked if they could set this the first request was what type of setting do I want to have.... this is typical and expected. I chose a couple different settings and when I asked about price I was amazed at what I heard. Now, I know the lights have to get paid, but for a simple setting with less that 60 ct. pts, I would not expect platinum to come in at over 2800 USD. Taken back a bit, I explained I may use my own setting and have their gold smith set it for me. Needless to say, I left the store with a very unsure answer and frankly I felt like as soon as I just asked for the stone to be set no one else in the store wanted toe help me. I know 200 USD isn't the typical 5k plus they want for sales, but remember this is a small community and a sale is a sale. I called back about three days later and asked if they would be willing to set the stone. The owner gave me a blunt answer of "NO." I then asked where else in town I could get this set, after a lengthy explanation of why she didn't know I said thank you and good bye. In short this business is garbage: 1. No customer support 2. Not willing to give you the time of day if you won't drop a serious dollar 3. Rude 5. Over bearing 6. Lies I would never go to a jeweler I do not trust... and I DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS.
