Have come here a few times to make returns, super easy and fast. There is a small parking lot with lots of spots usually available. Plus: One of the staff does some kind of crafting with plastic bread clips so they have a collection box. I love saving things from the trash so I love that they do this! read more

I had an antique clock and table that I needed to ship to Texas. Keith and Scott were terrific helping me to consider how much packing I needed and the shipping details to ensure a safe delivery at a reasonable cost. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and care that they showed with these special items. This was easily the best experience I have ever had with UPS---or with any shipping company. read more

Regarding Amazon return. Email and app stated "no printer" needed. Gave 2 codes to be scanned. Clerk at UPS store insisted on printed label. Showed her app, she said Icoyld "share" with them for $1.50... Found this beyond ridiculous. read more

Store manager was very rude don't go to this one they won't help you and will complain to you about things you ask for.

This was terrible experience and NOT A GOOD place to try and ship a package, hardly anyone speaks English and the one guy that does speaks a little is NASTY and rude to customers. We found another UPS STORE IN READING that was really awesome and friendly and we use them now. read more

This is for UPS store in 668 MAIN ST 8,Wilmington, MA- 01887. Yesterday, I had visited the store for some Amazon drop offs and notary service. The lady at the counter did not seem helpful. She told me that " I do not do notary services on Monday". I did not understand well because I know this store does the notary services. I asked her again politely is this a rule in this store and she said "no, I don't do it on Monday since I have lot of packages to be completed at the back". But this was hardly a few mins job. I felt that she was rude and did not even apologize to me for not being able to help out with notary request. I came out of the store, feeling very dissatisfied with her behavior. I went back in again and told her that she should at least put up a sign board that says notary services are not allowed on Mondays. She said that she will inform the owner. It looked like she did not care at all. I felt that she was not willing to help. I understand that staff might be overburdened with work sometimes, but still there is a way to talk to the customer. I had to share my opinion because if anyone wants to notary services on Monday, just be aware. read more

Worst store ever!!! Definitely under new management..... Sergio started freaking g out on me and the worker who was helping me because I had an amazon return that was not packaged. I was asked "Are you fucking joking me .... you dont have a box to return you item in???" I just lost me loved one and was returning some items and he was yelling at me in front of his staff and customers. I went to UPS Burlington..... nothing but professional and helpful. AVOID THE WILMINGTON STORE AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! 6/3/23 read more

Pat was such a sweet lady! She helped me w/ an Amazon return that was supposed to be drop off at another UPS store. Then I saw her helping a customer tape up a box that was mistakenly brought to UPS rather than USPS. Don't see that kind of kindness in chain stores often but most of my UPS experiences have been amazingly pleasant. Thank you Pat! read more

Trying to send a Christmas package to a disabled relative in a very rural location, asked to confirm that package could be dropped at her driveway versus her mailbox which is over half a mile away, store employee could not tell me, told me she had no way of knowing that She does not know how UPS works. Asked if there was a way to find out and she hesitated and then said "well I could call the 800-number but that's gonna take a while". Went to Fed-Ex and they had no issue making sure The package will be delivered to her driveway. How can you be a UPS store employee and not know how delivery works?? Definitely will not be returning read more

I was in the store last week and the customer in front of me was incredibly rude, fighting with the manager about wearing a mask (while holding one in her hand). I was very impressed with how well the manager handled the customer. I don't think I could have handled that customer as politely. I've been in this store a few times and the manager is always friendly with customers. I highly recommend them. read more

I had to deal with a "worker" named Pat. Could possible been the worst customer services rep I have ever witnessed in my life! The second I walked in she rolled her eyes and gave attitude like she was possessed do even showed up. She needs to be retrained to how to be kind to people and on the amazon return system. Amazon now does a service where you can go to a UPS for them to package and print the label. She doesn't even know the regulations and rules of the company she works for. Once myself and another customer brought them to her attention she was very rude and began to fight with us about this. Even after we pulled up the message from Amazon. I have never had this issue at any other UPS store. RETRAIN HER TO BE POLIET AND PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I used this store once before for shipping some items and had no problems. Today, I stopped by to pick up two small cardboard cartons (12x12x12). They were over $6. each and the total with tax came to over $14. - for two small pieces of cardboard! Needless to say, I didn't bite. This is a huge rip-off. I've learned that similar items can be found at Lowes or Home Depot for significantly less (around $1. or a little more, each). A word to the wise - go elsewhere to shop for your shipping supplies. read more

Always greeted happily and the lady helps me with my shipments quickly and efficiently!

Excellent service. Super quick and really clean and new location. Probably best experience I've had at these types of stores.

Fantastic store and I love the smell of their hand sanitizer. Excellent service and will use them again.

New manager was extremely rude. I brought several packages @2:40 pm on Saturday 10/30/21 and the store more likely made $20+ from it as a commission. However, the new manager told me not bring packages anymore to this store. I have never heard from any UPS store like this. He totally lied and said UPS truck is full. When I saw the UPS open truck it was not even 50% full. What kind of store manager is this guy? Do they want customers or not? Manager told me not to come again! Do they want customers or not? Is this the type of customer service he wants to provide? I would not recommend anyone to use this store. When I asked UPS truck driver to see if he has space in the truck. The driver told me that he had plenty of space in the truck. When I was talking to UPS driver, the manager came outside and told me to leave the property and was going to call police. For what? This manager is total liar and rude. I wonder how he got this job. With this type of manager, the store will be losing plenty of customers and money. This was totally ridiculous. read more

I just have say something here. This is in regards to my trip to the UPS store the other day and the bad Yelp review I found here about a store employee "Pat" and the very rude customer that gave her such a hard time. It was the poster of the Yelp review who was rude, shoving her phone into the employees face ignoring everything she was saying about the rules of Amazon and returning an item. Amazon has a consolidation program. You have to have the item on the phone (I believe) scanned and it will tell you whether the package can be "consolidated" which means you just give it to the UPS employee and they put it in a box waiting for pick up or it will say it needs to have a shipping label and you need to provide a return shipping bag or box or you can purchase one from UPS. This woman kept insisting that it was a "courtesy" of Amazon and UPS to have the item shipped back regardless of whether or not it needed a shipping label. This discourteous customer couldn't have been more rude or acted more entitled......... and that she wasn't listening no matter how many times the UPS employee Pat explained how the process works. Which was more than 3 times. She wasn't having it. She was demanding and kept telling the employee Pat that it was "her job" to do this. Talking down to her like she was just someone there to service her needs. Not to mention she didn't even have a box to put her package in that required the shipping label. She ended up going out to her car to get a bag, I believe. The employee Pat did everything she could to get this rude, entitled woman to understand the rules. I for one thought she was great! I'll be returning there with all my packages and for all my shipping needs! You did a great job holding yourself together Pat! read more

I dropped off two packages to be returned to Amazon on 1/14/2021. I was given two different tracking numbers. One was successfully returned, the other hasn't been updated since 1/14. I've emailed the store twice, reached out via Facebook messenger, called the store and finally drove down there twice. I get that the store has had a Covid exposure, but they need to update their social media with the business correct hours and still respond to emails and FB messages even if it's just to say we have reduced hours and the social media accounts are not currently being monitored. Anyway, I drove down there again only to be told I need to call UPS. I explained that tracking shows my package hasn't left Wilmington. The employee just insisted my package wasn't in the store and I needed to call UPS. I called UPS and they don't know where my package is. Finally I called Amazon to let them know UPS lost my package. read more

I sat in traffic all the way there to be told to go to another location because he was not trained to ship my Verizon equipment

This was much needed store in Wilmington. The owner is very courteous and knows the customer service business very well. Been in customer service industry for my entire career this is hands down the best customer experience I had. Kudos to the owner for totally reinventing the whole place and they have a variety of services they offer from printing to mailing. Highly recommended read more
