The helper was quick. Helping 2 people at a time. It was busy, but gentleman was getting it done. Easy to do an Amazon return. read more

The UPS Store - Front of store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Wichita Falls, Texas

The guy that works in the evenings at UPS is SO nice and has such good manners. I can't say enough good things about him! He deserves a raise for sure!! read more

This place is super efficient. The young lady who works in the store (she is always there it seems)- she is nice, quick, knowledgeable and can help two people at once. She is excellent at her job and I truly appreciate her! read more

This store is first class They work hard are polite and greet you when you come in They can do everything you need and are faster than FEDX GREAT PLACE GREAT PEOPLE read more

Every time I come to the store they disappoint!! They refuse to let me email them my shipping label so they can print it and put it on my package they have no options to print labels at the store every UPS store I've ever been to provides this device they are also very rude and unhelpful I'm never coming here again corporate needs to come visit this place read more

Returned an Amazon package. The clerk on duty was totally rude and harassing. He told me he'd have to charge me for one piece of tape. First of all it's a box inside a box and per the instructions all I had to do is drop my return off and scan the label. How do you determine how to charge for one piece of tape? He's simply a jerk and found satisfaction totally insulting my intelligence. I''m calling the corporate office to register my complaint. Kevin does not represent the UPS company well at all. I'll never do business in this location again. read more

The worst customer service. The service guy did not send my packages -- NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I thought I was doing him a favor by dropping my packages and leaving since he was busy. I had a problem with the same person on 9/26/2018 and 8/2/2019 - I guess I am at fault, I should not have gone to the same bad location 2x. Out of 70 stores, I visited this past year, this location is the only problem I have had. It is customary for me to drop my packages without a receipt; however, at this location, I was told I had to have a receipt. Does this store lose packages normally? read more

Rude employee, I needed something printed from my phone, he couldn't have acted less interested and told me to use their PC for a 3$ fee. Went down the street to fed ex store and Jordan happily did it for 1.47. read more

Always very friendly and professional. Extremely efficient, usually always a quick in and out. Never had a problem with this location. Definitely five stars. read more

called them about an expensive amp and if they had someone who specialized in sending amps properly...."I do it all day" he said..... "ok I have a 30" amplifier....I said ....He cut me off and said "we don't have boxes that big.....I though you did this all day? Didn't make me feel confident my item was going to be cared for Fedex Kemp wasn't better but Connect Packing & Shipping was great read more

Went there to return my DirectTv set top box. Very fast, efficient service even though Christmas mailing week. Limited parking.

If I could give 0 rating I would. Yesterday I was in there and 2 employees neither wearing a mask. One employee literally sneezed all over me and the whole store - no clean up or disinfect. Then the same employee stopped working on my transaction to answer phone and was on phone for at least 5 minutes and may still be.... I left and took my package. In hindsight I should have left my package since it was sneezed on. The employee rude and a public health issue. If I get this virus its definitely their fault. Do NOT go here if you value your time or your health. read more

It turns out a USP store is not part of UPS so BEWARE. I enter this store to drop off 2 USP envelopes. And asked for 2 more...then told me he did not have to give me any and would not! He was not rude but absolutely not good customer service. I need two envelope and he instructed me to drive across town to get them. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!!! So no indeed I will NEVER use this place again and would have given NO stars read more

Overall the employees here are very friendly and always willing to help, but the red haired guy is consistently rude and condescending to customers as well as his co-workers. I have had the same experience with him every single time. He shouldn't be working in a customer service position. I will no longer do business with this store as long as he is employed. read more

I had some expensive packages redirected to this store because I didn't want my packages sitting at my home front door. Big mistake. My packages arrived at the store on kemp Blvd but suddenly they were sent back to sender by the store manager. I went to the store and asked why my packages were sent back to sender and the manager told me he gets about 40 packages a day and he can only handle 10 a day. All the rest get sent back to sender. I called the main ups terminal transfer place and they said I wasn't the only one that is complaining about the ups store on kemp Blvd. but since it is independent owned there isnt much they can do about the problems the store generates for ups company. So I will never go back to the ups store on kemp Blvd and letting everyone I know about the store. Sound like the manager is in the wrong profession and needs fired so he can find a new job he might be decent at. read more

I've lived in various areas and always found myself preferring ups to other print and ship stores. This has finally changed since moving to Wichita Falls. This store has the rudest staff I've ever come across. It is apparently such a burden to help customers and they don't have a problem letting you know that it is an annoyance to help you. I will not be returning read more

Walked into the store with school books I needed to return. I waited patiently for the customer before me to be done. The man behind the counter, motioned me to come up in which I did. I asked if the box I had with the books would secure the books properly. I can not remember exactly what this man said but he was sarcastic. I don't mind sarcasm as long as it's light hearted and in fun. He came across as hostile and rude. I asked to speak with the manager. He pointed to himself and said, "I'm the owner!". I was very surprised, made note of the facility and took my business to the downtown area on Ohio street. Will never go there again as long as that man is "the owner"! read more

Avoid at all cost! After receiving four complaints from customers about packing. I went and spoke with the owner/operator in person. When I told him I had complaints of inadequate packing, he replied, If you dont like how I pack, then dont bring your $ hit here . I was totally blown away that the owner of a national franchise would even think of making such a statement. When I called the regional UPS terminal about filing a complaint, the regional supervisor stated hes constantly dealing with Mr Swanson and his foul mouth. read more

Still going by to see the boys at UPS. I use this store now weekly and haven't had a bad experience yet. They always are so helpful, and even come out to get my stuff out of the car for me. Awesome time saver. read more
