No one said a word -…read moretwo women working- finally I asked about returning a package and said label was in an email- lady gives me a business card and I forward my email and wait- wait and wait- the end of the story is that I emailed it 9 times total and I would have to ask if it made it through after waiting 5 minutes in between. The lack of communication was ridiculous. She told me to go on their WiFi, try emailing from outside, and my phone was the problem. (Suggested after 25 minutes or more) Those suggestions should have been given after the couple of tries. These two gave the worst service I've had in many years.

I'm out $1,000 and the best their employees can say is my manager says call the 1-800 number. the manager that I didn't even get to see face to face.

I work for a company that ships with FedEx more than $5B a year. That's billion with a B! I was never treated so poorly by an associate, let's just call her Christina. Her poor and almost belligerent behavior was so bad I just left. Do me and others that value FedEx so highly a favor and don't put her as the face of your company!
