I hate to write the review but I hope it helps someone not overpay and not be able to communicate uniform needs. The pick up process was hassle free and painless. I called the center to schedule a pick up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and to the point. I had to schedule the pick up for about a week after the day I called because they were very busy (keep that in mind). The men that came to pick up my furniture were very friendly and professional. They called about 30 minutes before they came to verify my location. Upon arrival, they were quick to load up their truck and were back on the road in 10 minutes. My friend recommended this donation center since she also donated some furniture to them and used their pick up process. She also had a hassle free experience and we highly appreciate that they are willing to come pick up. We would not have a way to give them the furniture otherwise.

You pay the rest that way you're not on a lot of money, but that's not how it work. You have to pay for the whole thing and if you don't go back and get it the next that's what I believe the rules need to change on at least give a person 72 hours at least because it's like things happen life changes so at least give a person 72 hours. You know be thankful that you guys are for free and able to resell it to us so if you're getting it for free and then you sell it to me and somehow happen I can't get it then I my money and then the next person try to get it and then with on their money so it's a free item that you haven't been paid for two times and still able to make money from the third person off of it. That's what I dislike about that that donation center, and I feel like changes needs to be made me personally if I can it I'm be the one who get that changed. On one occasion Debbie did a 'one-item' embroidery for a WW2 submarine veteran. She not only completed it in one day but refused to take any payment for the cap when I picked it up. Each and every order of the more than 100 items has been processed without any problems. As with any business, if you "Want it yesterday" there could be a problem, as she has other work priorities. The 'negative' feedback listed in the 2016 feedback is absolutely no indication of the service and quality we have received from Red Threads during the past ten years.

The young lady behind the counter, Britney, took on the task without blinking an eye. Just had to come back in a couple days. When I made the pickup you could not tell there had been an issue and the little Bear looked all perfect again, and ready to go to its new owner at the local hospital.
