The young lady behind the counter, Britney, took on the task without blinking an eye. Just had to come back in a couple days. When I made the pickup you could not tell there had been an issue and the little Bear looked all perfect again, and ready to go to its new owner at the local hospital. On one occasion Debbie did a 'one-item' embroidery for a WW2 submarine veteran. She not only completed it in one day but refused to take any payment for the cap when I picked it up. Each and every order of the more than 100 items has been processed without any problems. As with any business, if you "Want it yesterday" there could be a problem, as she has other work priorities. The 'negative' feedback listed in the 2016 feedback is absolutely no indication of the service and quality we have received from Red Threads during the past ten years.

She says the hole was there when I brought it to her, but it was not. The coat was protected in a garment bag in my closet and brought to her in the garment bag. I brought it to her to reattach a portion of the lining. We went over the whole hem and there was no bite mark, of course. The coat originally cost $3500.00 and has only been worn 3 times. I would never recommend this person/business to anyone.
