The documents never arrived at the final destination. Even though I received a tracking number, there is no record of the whereabouts of my documents. Due to the store's gross negligence, I will be forced to get another notary this weekend and overnight the documents before house closing. I will use FedEx in this future. I would rate this store with zero stars if the app permitted. We have choices and I will never use this store again.

Expensive little parcel and package mailing spot, which charges too much for most of their services. They seem professional enough but while I haven't had any issues here other than the prices I know two other people who come here who have had all kinds of issues. So I'm waiting with baited breath to hate on them. Except I'm not going down to Orchard Park regularly anymore (girls come and go, Eminem said so), so I'm not sure I'll even use them again. Their turnaround is pretty decent; usually I'm only printing a handful of 8x5x11 sheets, so it's not usually a large load, but they're always pretty quick to get my materials printed even when it's a last minute job. FedEx makes it so easy that you can go online and upload your images there, then send them to a particular shop for the printing. They give you the option to have reps call you when the order is done, or call if there are any issues (which there really aren't). This shop also has the benefit of being the closest one to my house (only about 10 minutes away at the most). So naturally, I come here a lot. The employees are always friendly. They make getting printing jobs done the easiest part of my job!
