I had a fantastic experience with UPS Store 206, which is located at at 2100 Bloor St W #6 in Toronto. Both the store owner and a gentleman who works there were extremely helpful and efficient. A retailer used this UPS location to ship items to me, but the retailer made an error in the shipping address. I noticed the error in the tracking info once the items were already on a truck headed to the wrong location. When I called this UPS store, they responded to me immediately and made multiple calls to UPS to to notify the driver and get the items delivered to the correct address. I really appreciate the help I've gotten over the years at this UPS, particularly in the last year or so. Services my partner and I have used there? Copying, parcel preparing, shipping, and passport photos. All great! Once when I needed to retrieve a package and hold off on mailing it for 6 weeks (recipient's request), the staff were so helpful about handling it and ensuring I only paid the minimum/didn't get overcharged. Recently I had a very small package that I wanted to send to the states in a timely manner. I was told "either three or four days", which would've put it there on a Tuesday at the latest. I decided to pay the 28$ because timing was important to me. Well, I tracked the package on line. Before I knew it, Wednesday became Thursday, then the following Monday, ten days later! The fine print on the back of the receipt basically says that anything they tell you or you see on line "is just an estimate", thereby allowing UPS to charge three times as much as the post office without actually delivering any faster. This UPS store refused to accept a large box for delivery. I was told to come back at the end of the day. Will never return to this franchise. I went to another UPS store and had no problem. I rely on UPS for deliveries. If the Bloor West Village franchise has specific restrictions on deliveries, they should post them on line. read more

Called to trace my package and was told by a lady that she could not give me this information over the phone but to sign in on line to trace. When I then went to the store and was served by the manager. However, the lady found the package once she got my name. I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I come here often for printing and binding documents. I'm much more likely to get quick service here than at Staples. Quality is great. But it's a small place with limited staff. If they can't help me then I usually have to go downtown to my legal printer. But there is no other place in the neighbourhood that offers binding services that I found. read more

Service is terrible. I have had multiple packages get returned to the shipper because I was never notified they had arrived. However, the UPS website will say they "attempted to deliver". Service desk reps don't seem to know where your package is even when it's sitting in their office. This is not a problem with either Canada Post or Purolator. read more

I needed something fragile, large, awkward, and valuable shipped to the US, for which I did not have the original packing material, so I called them on two separate occasions with precise dimensions to rule out any surprises.
