I was charged approx. $50 for 1 hard copy and 2 electronic files. The print out turned out well. A standard electronic 2x2 inch passport size file, however, was formatted incorrectly, even though I walked in with a hard copy of specifications for each photo, which I presented to a photographer immediately. When I called back b/c I was unable to upload the electronic photo b/c the file was too large, she told me point blank that I never told her what the size of file was supposed to be. How about reading the instruction with a bit more care? I called her 3 times that day to follow up. Each time she promised to send me correct file within 2 hrs, then another 2 hrs, then 30 min. At the end of the day I received a "corrupt" file which I was unable to use. Another day and several email exchanges later (providing file requirements yet again!), she sent me ... another erroneously formatted file. Long story short: I ended up using Google to reformat my file and was able to upload it. Turned out, she never actually read the instructions properly to ensure both the size and dimensions were accurate. I later figured out that I could've done the same photos at Shoppers Drug Mart for a much lesser cost. So much for a professional service!

It was one of those days and I just threw my arms up in defeat and told them I'd be back. Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me.
