Every time I come here they try to over charge me! $16 to send an envelope. Then when I asked for a stamp instead she said it was $2.95 per stamp??? Plus she can barely speak or understand English!! Stay away!! If I could give no stars I would!! I appreciate the business reaching out but it's a little to late. Your "Store Manager" told me to go to the post office for my needs. I sent many cards and packages through this location and the last few times it's been such a hassle, so I will take her advice and go to the post office from now on. I'm definitely mildly annoyed after my most recent visit to this location. I brought back an Amazon return, as I have any other time I've done it, and they told me I needed to print my own shipping label. Fair enough, maybe I didn't read the instructions properly. Instead of paying the UPS store to do that, I just went home and printed the label. When I returned, they wanted to sell me a bag to ship it in even though the product was in the original packaging. Maybe they should have told me that the first time. Quite easily, the label that I printed would have fit onto the items box that I received it in. Rather than speaking with me intelligently, the guy behind the counter, tried to make me feel like I was the dummy, and chose to send me away for a second time without shipping off my free return. read more

To whom it may concern, I showed up to this location 30 mins til close and the only employee working was a nice young man named Josh. He gave me such attentive service and helped me with shipping some gifts to my nephew and process and Amazon return. He was so kind and took his time with my request. He boxed everything up and processed the return. I felt so bad because by the time I was done with both of my requests there was a decent line that had built up but he didn't let that affect his attitude. He still smiled and wished me a great remainder of the weekend. Josh is a great representative of UPS and if I ever need shipping help I'll be back here for sure. Side note: My only complaint was being solicited as I walked out by some individual who set up a table and was trying to get donations for veterans suicide awareness. I volunteer and donate already and it just was annoying to get guilted into donating for this cause. read more

Twice now when I show up a little after 9am the store is still closed even though the open sign and store hours say otherwise. This has been extremely inconvenient and very frustrating. I order from Amazon a lot and I'm often returning via UPS, so I'd say I'm a frequent flyer at this location. Outside of grand opening week, I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be assisted and generally have a pretty "in and out" experience. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely awful experience. My package was delivered to the store on Friday, at 12:07 pm. I arrived 25 minutes later, at 12:32 pm to pick it up and was told by the owner that I couldn't retrieve it. He stated that the store was "under 2 feet of water" and because he couldn't scan my package, to show proof of my pickup, that I couldn't have it. The owner posted a sign indicating that the store would reopen Monday. I informed UPS of the problem and asked if the driver could return to pick up the packages that were delivered however they declined, sighting the stores are independently owned and the package was logged as delivered. Monday the store remained closed and the sign directed customers to the nearest UPS store 405 S. Dale Mabry). Packages have not, however, been transferred. It is now Tuesday and the store remains closed. Store phones aren't being answered and there's no voicemail greeting that provides customers with an update regarding the closure or any other details. To date all UPS can tell me is that they picked up over 100 packages from the store yesterday however tracking doesn't indicate this and still reflects my package as being at this store. I can empathize with the catastrophe that has happened. What I fail to understand is why the owner accepted the delivery on Friday in the first place? Why not just inform the driver that there's an issue and refuse delivery. Additionally why not update the voicemail greeting, advising that the store is closed and/or answer the phone. Lastly, It takes time for two feet of water to accumulate, so why continue to accept package deliveries? I feel bad for MOST small businesses in this environment but find it difficult to do so with reference to this store owner. His handling of this situation is atrocious. As a result my $400 toaster oven is M.I.A and I'm not getting you answers. read more

I have visited this location twice in the past year, while visiting family in Tampa. On the first visit, I was shipping items that my niece couldn't fit in her car before her cross-county trip to college. During our recent second visit, I was shipping several boxes of personal effects after the recent death of a family member. On both occasions, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I recommended this location to my mother recently, and she also had a positive experience. Was having a heck of a time trying to get baby shower invites printed so I gave these guys a call. Will, the person who answered, helped me find everything I needed and even said he could fill my order within 24 hours. Showed up, not only were they printed, he hand cut them for us!
