The UPS store does more than shipping. There's mailbox service, copying, computer service and also notary service. I just went for notary service which is $10 and send my documents by UPS ground. The service is good and very friendly. read more

The UPS Store - Store front - Printing Services Near Me - Tampa, Florida

Excellent service. Christian was extremely helpful in expediting my needs. Highly recommend.

Very rude employee- whoever the shorthair(buzzed) woman is needs an attitude check. Also if you have pricing on certain items and then say they are different prices at least be cordial about it and not have an attitude. Take your business elsewhere or try to avoid this woman at all costs read more

First time dropping in to return an Amazon package at this UPS location. I like the self-service drop area if you have the right no label color coded instructions. Mine was traditional so I needed counter service. That's where I'll say is a mixed bag. Waiting was fine but didn't seem like the were moving hastily to get through the line. And neither employee was wearing a mask while omicron was picking up steam in our area and nationally. Don't mean to get into a mask debate here but as someone who is immuno-compromised post-chemo, I want to be safe. So minimizing time here or safe distancing was key. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. But I think I'll stick to my usual location off Howard that seems more efficient and safe. And watch out for limited parking here. Getting a spot when you don't need to back into traffic off Kennedy needs some care and keen eye. Good luck. read more

Was just chastised about the type of bag used for an Amazon return. Then went to purchase to vanilla envelopes for $4!!!!!! Was also told like a child during check out that next time they will not let me use envelopes for a return. Come on.... You must not like business read more

This is by far my favorite location! Seriously the sweetest and most tentative people ever. Every time I come here there is a lady and younger guy and they are so pleasant ! They are very helpful and always doing their best to help you and make sure you aren't over paying for shipping! Whenever there is a long line they still manage to help everyone without having everyone wait a long time! I have been to a couple of other locations where the employees just act like they hate their job and don't want to help you. This location is the exact opposite and I love it! If you want to go to a good ups store where they will help you and get good customer service - this is the one to go to! read more

WE ARE BEING CHARGED $2,000 Droped off the damaged Galaxy Z Fold phone to UPS with the Original TMobile Shipping Label. Through T Mobil insurance THIS UPS has told us again & again that it is out of their hands ( plus manager reluctantLy not trying to give face or help us; only thing ever said to report claim only online from either/both parties involved) the tracking number that is on the T-MOBILE SHIPPING LABEL given to us is the same one UPS gave us; That belongs to USPS . We only have a drop off receipt With an INVAILD TRACKING NUMBER FOR STARTERS And NO FURTHER receipts or documents CAN CONFORM to the date and which USPS Ever pickEd up the package ALSO went to USPS to discuss this matter & they say that this Package was NEVER received By them, there is NO records of EVER obtaining the package from the UPS @ 4532 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FI 33609. DROP OFF RECIPE ONLY HAS THE FOLLOWING; the time & which is was Given to UPS; The Receipt doesn't have any further description of -what it was (Galaxy z Fold) -where it was sent to (T-Mobile insurance) - or even if it has SHIPPING INSURE THE MOST surprising thing on the drop off receipt is that the package weight is 0.IB & 0oz NOW T Mobile is charging US $2,000.00 AFTER 23 years that my dad IS -72 year old -retired -cancer survivor ( with bags on his stomach to pee and poop from) - and that has been with T MOBILE FOR 23 years ever since coming to this country We have returned plenty of phones and THIS NEVER HAS HAPPENED BEFORE read more

This is the worst UPS that I have ever been to. The guy that is working had an attitude from the time I walked in with his condescending answers, but I said, thank you anyway. He acts like you are asking too much of him. I brought in two heavy boxes. He didn't offer to help with which is totally fine I can do it. But I didn't know that I needed to print the labels before and all I need to know is how can I get him to print the labels. Not a big deal. He says the least amount of words he can. And if you ask him to elaborate so you can understand he gets an attitude, so I tried my best to say nothing. Good customer service should not be no hard to obtain especially if the customer is not treating you in a negative manner. Just very surprised at this interaction. Very! read more

Went there to note device and document to make copies the person. There was very attentive and very helpful. Highly recommend this.

Charged $8 for a mailer I could get at Walmart for a dollar or two. Never buy any packaging from there, what a rip off.

Gentleman there tells me on Monday that $100 would get my shipment to nyc on Thursday, $50 gets it there on Friday. No specifics, just that. Family is leaving internationally on Friday so obviously pay the extra $50 to get there Thursday only to find out today, Friday, that the guy selected three day shipping to get there Friday instead and still paid $100... just full of lies and deception. No refund and no justification for why that happened when I called them. Now the package will sit at an apartment complex for 2 weeks... just unacceptable customer service. Won't use UPS again. read more

Do not bring your Amazon returns here! You might need to wait in a long line and pay additional fees. Store associate Liz was extremely rude on both occasions of visiting this store. I waited in a very long line to return an Amazon package that is typically just drop and go! She indicated she didn't "feel" like taping my original Amazon box with my provided return label, so I needed to purchase UPS packaging. To make matters worse I called the next morning in order to speak with Don the store manager and was given no explanation for why I would have paid for an Amazon package return if in its original undamaged packaging. I was hoping to get a better understanding and express my concern of rude/unhelpful employees and I was just confronted with an even more unhelpful person. Unfortunate! Inpatient, disgruntled people should NOT be working in customer service roles. read more

Quick, easy & painless way to get several errands done at once. They offer such a wide variety of services now, it can easily become a one stop wonder. The staff is always pleasant & accomodating. I had 2 packages going to the same location & they combined them to save me money, their suggestion. Now that's a great way to keep your customers happy. Everything I go here seems so effortless, I love it & find myself doing my errands in a more timely fashion. What's a girl to do? When something is a win, win situation, I always return. read more

I've used this location for years and never had a problem but recently it's gone completely downhill. I tried to drop an item off at 6:15 and the doors were locked although they don't close til 6:30p. I was told they can't take anything else that day. Ok, come back the next day when they open at 8 and by 8:15 the lights are still off and door is locked. There are plenty of other locations nearby, if you work during the normal business hours don't bother risking it. read more

I missed the UPS delivery guy at my house. I called UPS and ask them what my choices were to have my package re-delivered. The lady at UPS's customer service center said I could have the package held for pick up at my local UPS store, which seemed convenient to me. So, I instructed the UPS customer service to have my package held at this location on Kennedy. I get to the store to pick my package up and the "customer service "person informs me it is $5 per package to pick it up at the UPS store. I found it hard to believe so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager informed me that they are independently owned store and they are free to charge whatever they would like. So for my two small packages he forced me to pay $10 to pick them up, which by the way was more than I paid to have the packages shipped from Wisconsin to me here. Before writing this review I checked with the FedEx store which is three doors down from here, they informed me they do not charge anything to have a package picked up there. I say avoid this place quite the rip off! read more

I went here to get a document notarized today. I was assisted by the store manager Don who while looking over my document, immediately handed it back to me acting irritated without reading the document and stated he can't help me because I signed other documents that I handed him. As I explained that the only form that requires notary was one document, he refused to look at it and waved me off. If you're looking for someone competent and knowledgeable about there job, please don't go here, and if you do, don't let Don help you. I went to the Dale Mabry Mailbox etc instead and they happily processed an easy transaction without any discussion or attitude. read more

Great customer service, I will always go to this location from now on! Very helpful and professional! My trip and experience at this store was outstanding, Abby went far out of the way to assist me. She came up with the solution to getting my documents to print and then we got everything together and sent on its way. She was able to get me going in the right way, while also taking care of a steady stream of customers. She is an outstanding and great asset to your company and team. read more
