I requested to have a document faxed to FDLE. The transaction was time,?and still is time sensitive. I have been trying to get a document faxed for the last two days. No one answers the phone, no matter what time you call, messages are not returned. I could lose business dealing with UPS if my document is not correctly faxed. The owner needs either to hire more help , as well as educate the employees who's there on how to treat people since this seems to be an ongoing statement about your business-the lack of good customer service. that I can document!!! read more

I have read some bad reviews and cannot understand why. I have always had great service here. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

horrible service by Jaime. service people behind me first, and made error on my package and blame on me.

Polite and efficient service, nice employees quiet atmosphere, has everything you need

Literally, the rudest people I've ever met at this store. Every time I go, I get attitude. The man behind the counter is unhinged and disrespectful. Just because you're miserable and hate your job, don't act like a little b**ch to the people that keep you employed. You provide zero assistance and you're rude af. You throw the receipt to people instead of handing it to them. Terrible attitudes. To the people reading this, stop giving these people your business. There are plenty of other locations that serve you better. Bad energy at this store all together. Yikes. read more

Terrible service I can't believe they would hire people with such an attitude. I'll drive 20 minutes out of the way to get to a different UPS next time. read more

Horrible service. Ask a simple question was given a snotty answer by the owners son who was a belligerent and obnoxious man. Will NEVER return and a simple Amazon return was messed up due to his spitefulness or ignorance. Either way will never return....its worth the drive in the wrong direction. Sad... read more

I was really scared to go to UPS during the COVID-19 outbreak due to germs. I talked to Gabby and she made me feel at ease from the beginning of our interaction to the end. She was sweet and took every precaution necessary during this time. I will continue to feel comfortable coming into this store during the pandemic as long as there are people like her that will take care of me! read more

This store was very busy. I patiently wanted in line. When it was my turn I walked to the counter to have one item notarized. I was then told that she wouldn't help me until she helps the rest of the store first. She told me to stand aside and once she's helped everyone else in the store she would then get to me. Of course people kept coming in and would be helped before me. After helping over a dozen customers who came in after me she finally asked me to come to the counter. (With the store still full) once I was called to the counter the process took under 2 minutes. It's was only a notice of commencement, one form. Helping me took much less time than the numerous people who I had to wait for to be helped who had numerous objects to be packed, or shipped. Not impressed with Gabrielle. There's a cue for a reason. read more

Been coming here for years now. Jakob is awesome there. Was in and out of the store within 60 seconds and he couldn't have been any more helpful. Packaged everything up for me and got it sent out. Great location read more

This store is one of the best UPS stores around. They are reliable and my packages get to where they are supposed to go on time! Everyone is very nice and helpful. read more

If you need notary service, this isn't your store ! The store claims they have a notary. But today (5/25/19) the owner, who is the notary, wasn't there because apparently he owns another store and he was working at the other location. read more

Come here almost daily for my small business, shipping out smaller and larger packages and am always treated well. More importantly, I have yet to have one package arrive damaged or late to a customer when shipped from here, thus have remained loyal to UPS. -Hunter read more

Was very disappointed with my printing order. I left a sample shirt and instead got shirts with stick on prints. Terrible they had sent me a proof by text that looked good but clearly was not what paid for. Didn't like the fact that was told I got what I paid for. I never asked for their cheapest option. I left the shirts with them in discust. Was told they wouldn't do anything for me. Keep in mind I'm a loooooong time customer who went in good faith for my printing needs. Although the signs and business cards where fine I lost 275.00 I worthless shirts. How In their right mind do they think those shirts looked professional. Especially the grey ones with the white background color not removed. And when I saw the polo? I asked for cotton poly mix not all polyester and , wait for it! The logo with a stick on! They replied by saying, and I quote, well embroidered costs more. Are you kidding me? They never told me that. Only hey don't worry we can do the shirts the same as the one I brought in. I'm most disappointed in Jaime the owner who I've know for years and where I took all my business needs. I guess the customer is only worth what you spend....... read more

i went to this location . was treated rudely by owner of this store. poor customer service regarding delivery of my mail. expensive service that i will not recommend to anyone. read more

The store manager at this location is awful. He swears at customers. He threatened that if we didn't close the box there that our mail would go missing. The staff turnover at the store is so fast, it is rare I see the same people in there twice. But when it is obvious a store employee has done something wrong the manager absolutely will not take responsibility. We have signed delivery receipts and they deny any wrong doing when the mail doesn't make it into our box. Checks go missing that are certified. They left a piece of our mail on the copy machine. It is a truly horrible location. And now the store manager is trying to make out like it is one piece of mail when it has been at least two large denomination checks/money orders this month alone. Just more excuses when we have evidence of at least two registered letters this month that made it to their location but never made it to our box. And since these types of customer service complaints have been going on since at least 2015 by others on various review sites it is definitely NOT a one off accident. We have reported the location to UPS store corporate office, the USPS mail inspector, and the BBB providing our evidence. As well as reporting his threat that if we didn't close our box that who knows what would happen to our mail. His threat was very clear and witnessed by others. read more

Horrible owner. Not friendly, very rude. The associates are non responsive when you walk in, they do not greet you with a smile, the owner is very arrogant and doesn't really care to help anyone. He doesnt even help the asscociates when they need help, he lets them struggle.I wouldn't go to this store. You a treated very poorly, and with no respect. The owner is never there and when the asscociates need help they cannot get into contact with him. I have been there several times and never had a pleasant experience. The owner always has a pissed look on his face when he talks to his associates and speaks to them very poorly. I will never go back here. And I advise you not too as well. If I could I would give no stars but I had to choose one. read more
