I had called around to confirm that places which claim to take passport photos, according to their web sites, actually provided them. After calling two other national chain stores in the vicinity and confirming they do not offer the service, it was a pleasure to speak with Dawn at this FedEx store. She clearly explained their capabilities, product costs and hours of service. After learning that it was so easy to walk in any time at any Fed Ex store location, that is exactly what I did. After selecting the right clothes, fixing my hair and spending some time in front of the mirror, I was ready for my photo. (HA!) Walk in, request passport photo, pose, pay ($16.50) and pick up the photos. 10 minutes from start to finish and all was performed very nicely by the person with whom I had spoken to earlier. When you absolutely, positively need a passport photo...think FedEx !

The clerk at Fedex told me that he could ship it overnight but the charge was $45.00. Because this was a special gift for my grandson, I agreed to the terms. It did not arrive until December 26. I am very angry! If I had known that it would not be an overnight shipment AS PROMISED, I would have gotten in my car and delivered it myself!!! Of course, when I returned to demand a refund, the clerk denied me. I will NEVER use Fedex again !!!!!!

UPS, USPS, FedEx, done and done. As long as you have the packing slip on your package you're all set! Note: I don't know price ranges as I've only needed to drop off items that already had a label printed. I was only in there for 30 seconds and left with a free water bottle koozie, just for being a customer, I think it's a promo so this might not be the case for you if you're reading this in the distant future.

Example: this week, Thursday is Thanksgiving Day and they are closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday too! That's 5 days they will be closed. I have a PMB There. A post mailbox that I Rent from them because my cheap Landlord up the street, Nastri, won't put in a doorbell system!! I am constantly having to deal with the fact that they are closed much more than the Post Office! This week I have a few packages coming on Friday and I will have to wait till Monday afternoon! The Mail also comes between 2:30 and 4:30 pm. That sort of sucks too!
