For this particular service, I haven't had any issues with the staff and they have always been friendly and quick to assist me in this process. I usually ask for a return receipt and they comply promptly. This is a small store so they might be limited on services or some items usually found at larger UPS stores, but all in all, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems yet.

She asked for my account number (with slow service I could not access it) and never bothered to ask for the barcode which At&t explicitly says to use. She then asked for my last name with a huff and puff and repeated it loudly and as if I had the craziest last name ever and so as I typically do I spelled it out. Then does not say anything, as I am looking for my account number she hands me what seems more of a packing slip than a confirmation and says bye. On more than one occasion I've brought items here packaged just as the Amazon service instructed, but the guy that runs the store said he wouldn't take it. The last time was in a box, but apparently was not good enough for for him. I placed a complaint with the UPS customer service - but I have low confidence that things will change here.
