I visit this location mostly to return items back to Amazon. It's conveniently located on my way home from work so it's easy to stop and quickly drop off my returns as I'm passing through. For this particular service, I haven't had any issues with the staff and they have always been friendly and quick to assist me in this process. I usually ask for a return receipt and they comply promptly. This is a small store so they might be limited on services or some items usually found at larger UPS stores, but all in all, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems yet. read more

I went back to this location today to follow up on the customer service's team message to get a refund for the photos, and they were very helpful and apologetic. The clerk also indicated that the store is upgrading its camera and backdrop so issues like this don't happen again. The Business Manager's reply to my original review is telling of the store's dishonesty. This matter was addressed by telephone directly to the store the same week and 1 month after, to also include countless hours with UPS Store Customer Service in between. I am a detailed and organized person and have provided screenshots for further support. The only matter that needs to be discussed is a refund on the gross overcharges. The terms brought to the store were presented with a quote (also provided in screenshot) and discussed accordingly with no rush delivery or fragile conditions requested. Our quote was in the $300 range. Ajay's words were "we're looking at $400." Given the slight difference, logically the shipment was still agreeable. The items (mostly paperwork in plastic crates or bankers boxes) were brought 8/21/21 prior to departing the state by plane that same day. The items were held in store until 8/23/21. The charge on the CC took place 8/23/21 with information on file and not in person. Conveniently to mark up charges drastically different from the quotes at approximately $400 above quoted prices on account of Ajay's misdealings. There is no signed credit card receipt. Phone calls were made directly to the store prior to reaching customer service. I will never support UPS Stores again. Original post: Take your business elsewhere and drop off anywhere else but here. BEWARE! Ajay is a thief and scammer. He grossly took advantage of a military family during an out of state move. Shame on him for robbing our family of more than $600. Do not trust his word or his work ethic. I was a PO Box customer at this location and can't believe he can get away with stealing money the way he did. He took advantage and stole hundreds in dollars to fluff his profits with having our credit card information on file. After he held our property at the store's convenience to require charging after we departed the state by plane, and the pallet shipment was completed (required to see the final weights and numbers), all other UPS Stores including UPS customer service confirmed the gross overcharges coming from his erronious calculation pushing a pallet instead of ground shipment as the most economical service like we expressly requested for 90% PAPER products of no urgency for quick delivery. The UPS STORE 4118 delivered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. After promising premium delivery service to my door, quick processing of my packages and inexpensive fees of less than $2400. I was strung along for 10 days by Ajay, the store manager, while I was moving from FL to NY. UPS over-quoted me for $2915-way more than what was initially promised-- while holding all my packages hostage when I told them I did not want to use their services. I even called corporate and customer service, thinking--someone will be able to help me! But no, every customer service operator not only that they could not help me but that there was nothing that could be done. They did not even try to be empathetic or understanding! They did not even care! The cherry on top-- when I finally was able to secure a price of $2000 for services, and premium delivery to my door in NYC--my property was delivered --to an elevator-- in NYC--to which I had to figure out how to transport 20 boxes all the way to my door! Is that what they call "white glove premium service"? The experience was more like THIEVERY and ABANDONMENT! I have never been more aggrieved about a situation in my entire life. UPS 4118, took advantage of me in my situation! I mean, for a worldwide multimillion dollar company, I would expect a little more empathy and solidarity of their services and promises! This UPS store is amazing! They are professional, quick, efficient and friendly. As soon as I walk in, they take care of me unless someone happened to be ahead of me. But they're so quick, that I never had to wait and I've been there many times. I love taking care of my Amazon returns and any necessary shipments there! They're fantastic!! read more

So I maybe am someone who orders a LOT on Amazon (as long as it's free returns) in like 3 different sizes and colors for every one item, because let's be real....who knows how these things will fit or look in person. This UPS store is right by my work and I walk over and back within 15-20 minutes. I usually see the same couple of employees and manager there since I go around the same time (at LEAST 3x a week..yes, I may have a problem). The manager is SUPER nice and the staff is always helpful. I accidentally swapped items in the wrong packages (so they had the wrong shipping label attached) because I had like 10+ things I was dropping off at once and they were able to help and get me all squared away. The manager is great, helpful, goes out of his way, never a complaint. They are quick when there's a line and it's a clean store located in the shopping plaza at the corner of H.E. Thomas/International Pkwy so there is a ton of parking. read more

This location lacks in customer service, I've had a box here for 2 years plus and if you have an issue the owner wants to be more combative, argumentative and defensive then constructive and willing to work with the customer for resolution. I had a pair of $987.00 shoes I was waiting to receive at my box I pay for at this location to receive packages and mail sent back twice from this location and the owner basically said to me when I called with a valid complaint that maybe I just shouldn't have a box there anymore. read more

This location has not been the same since changing owners. I use to love it and go out of my way to use them. They lost my son's graduation present. They told me the gift was there but then could not find it after minimally looking they told me to come back the next day. They had scanned the gift as being picked up the first time I was there(I had another package I was picking up and they said they had to scan that I had picked up both in order for me to take the package that was there). I went back and they did not find it, called, the person who sent it called and they did nothing to help. I went back several times plus phone calls. No customer service. Referred us to UPS which was also no help. I don't trust them with my packages. The former owners would have help make it right. My son never got his grad gift and nothing resolved. I used this store to send two seperate packages of paintings to two different addresses for a total cost of $240. The paintings ended by being sent to the wrong addresses, and I had to pay an additional $240 to have them re-sent correctly. I've called the store numerous times, the people working there said the manager/owner would call me and send me a refund, but to date, 90 days I've yet to receive one. Based on the other comments on the service here, I wish I'd read them before using this location. Stay away! read more

Rip off artists. I brought in a letter that I needed to send to the IRS. I wanted to send it so the letter could be tracked. They said the only way to do that was to pay them over $18.00 for 2 day shipping. I said I'd take the letter to the USPS and they said they would charge the same amount. What a bunch of liars! I went to the Post Office and was charged less than $5 to send the same letter via Certified Mail. This isn't the first time they've attempted overcharge me for shipping. read more

Horrible service. Everytime I come in I get told something different everytime I want to print out one piece of paper. 2.50 if I used my email and printed it. (Ok understandable ) I was told if I bring my USB and just print it would be .25 to .50 cents. So I do this and I still got charged 2.50 after him seeing that I'm looking where to put the USB. (While not asking if I needed help or what I needed to do) he saw that I printed out a shipping label. While giving in my package has like alright 2.50 for using the computer. I was shocked and told him that I had my own USB. He said no if you gave it to us or put it into the printer it would have been cheaper. I advised that I keep getting told something different. And why wasn't I told to use that instead after him seeing I had my own USB and needed a shipping label to print. Still was charged 2.50. The worse UPS service I keep having. Even though this is right across the street from me I rather find somewhere else to go. 1 star just for receiving my package. read more

We have used this place a few times. They give both UPS and Post Office rates for shipping They accept postage paid packages but are very crabby about it. I went to send three boxes. The rates for two were reasonable. The third seemed way over priced for shipping "the cheapest way possible." I took it back drove to the post office. They shipped it for almost $8.00 less! I felt ripped off! We now use the UPS store on Lake Mary Blvd. It is near a Starbucks and the woman who works there is sweet with postage paid packages and even writes down the confirmation numbers by hand that cannot be printed out. read more

As you can see from the map this location is not the Lake Mary Blvd location, therefore it's awesome! I can never find parking at that location so I come here. It's a bit out of the way, but I don't risk getting a ticket by parking in an unauthorized spot. I'm in and out in the time I would circle the parking lot over there. I never do anything but drop off online shopping regrets so I can't say much about their services, but they've always been nice about my returns. read more
