Their utmost concern is the customer. Not only were they willing to work with every idea I had, no matter how unique, but they actually got excited about it and did whatever research we needed, to provide what we wanted. Their goal was that we be happy in our home instead of putting their stamp on our building, and what a pleasure the process was with them. When the design was finished I truly felt at home in it, and it's not even built! My husband is a commercial G.C. and too was quite impressed with their construction knowledge and suggestions. Whiteheart Designs is outstanding for all design needs from simple additions to complex residential or commercial projects and their list of satisfied builders and customers is extensive. What a great team they are; I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everyone knows the attention a customer can get when he comes in with a big job. However I had but…read morea small job, moving and reattaching the hanging wire for a large painting -- only a ten minute special, but very important to me because of my wife's concern that this picture must be hung by Christmas. So what was a small job in terms of the work required was super important to me that I find someone who would get it done correctly. When I waked into Frame Masters Gallery, right at the height of the holiday busy season, I was anxious that this might not be possible. My blessed luck was to meet Christina Martin, who sensed the urgency i was feeling, and dropped what she was doing and immediately began to effect my repair. Few owners have this sense of being able to see how important a job -- even a little job -- can be to a customer, and respond accordingly. I was able to depart after a very short interval with my redone painting, and with the warmest possible feelings of gratitude and appreciation for Christina super "pro-customer" behavior.

As always, cross country projects can always be a nightmare to coordinate efforts between ourselves, the customer, their corporate decision makers and the installers contracted to do the job. Mike over at TechnoSigns quoted us a fair price for the installation of the vinyl designs we were to ship him for this project. They helped us coordinate a time with our customer and were responsive and extra helpful in making sure that our project went off without a snag. After seeing pictures of the end result and talking to our customer, I can honestly tell anyone looking to this Yelp review for an idea of whether or not to use TechnoSigns for their wrap project that it would be very much worth their time to do so. Thanks to Mike and the TechnoSigns crew. Stellar work, gentleman. We will use you again.

5s for a business meeting art & printing needs with top rate tools, machinery and service…read more My husband creates digital art & in his researching for a printing place, this place came highly recommended. RT is located on Fern Creek, not easily missed. It is a beautiful, two-story building with columns in the front and a wrap around porch. It has a parking space on the side of building and some in the back. The inside is wonderfully & brightly lit, open and spotless clean. No clutter or disarray. Machines and work spaces are huge. RT uses the finest materials & Epson machinery to create from cards, note cards to canvases of all kinds, finishes in matte, satin or gloss. The service is spectacular. Phil, is the gentleman my husband has been dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable and just as important, patient in explaining/educating people like my husband who love & create art but do not know much about how to get it from his head to a complete product. Trish, this morning, gave us a welcoming smile as we entered. She explained the process from my husband emailing the digital art, the printing and shipping if needed. The prices, to is, seemed very reasonable. We hand them a digital file and they hand us a beautiful canvas, wrapped and ready to hang. Can't wait to see the finished product.
