Done. The Asian man who seems to maybe be the supervisor or something needs to find a job away from people. Argumentative, nasty, and INEPT. We tried to ship something that, after accepting it, issuing a tracking number and taking our $ was deemed unshippable. We went back in and this toolbox was so nasty and rude it is going to result in a call to the owner and us NOT USING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. You people made a mistake, inconvenienced us and then treated my wife terribly. I honestly can't recall someone being this ridiculous. read more

I was on a time crunch and had an appointment for 10am for a notary and they didn't show up until 10:16am. The process itself was quick, but it was annoying to have to wait for something that should've been an in and out thing. read more

The UPS Store - Printing Services Near Me - Sanford, Florida

I love this UPS location. I live nearby and have to mail numerous state documents. The store is clean, the staff are friendly, and whenever there is a line, I find it moves at a pretty good pace. This convenient plaza also includes a Publix. But I find the best part of coming here are the people that help me with my shipments. They are courteous and professional and I've never had or seen an issue in the 6 months that I've been coming here. They have supplies available for purchase and offer a number of other services. I would recommend this location to anyone. TYVM, UPS! read more

I have always had good experiences at this UPS. I had papers shredded, mailed boxes to my daughter while she was away at school and returned items. They always helpful with a smile. I am planning to move my business address here. It will be closer and save me time picking up mail. It is an all-in-one stop for me. read more

$1.99 for taping a small box, what's. Joke. The only UPS I ran into that does it. I went to the Heathrow store instead, great workers that help you with everything and provides a full service. Avoid this store if for whatever reason you don't go fully prepared, as the guy will charge you even for helping you put the box up on the counter. read more

I went in on August 27 at 11:16 in the morning shipped a package next to air for $256.85. My package did not get delivered until the 29th at 11:03 am. Manager was very in professional read more

I see the subpar reviews but I've never had a problem. This is my go to spot to send back all of my Amazon packages. They scammed me up pretty quick and I'm in and out. The plaza is pretty busy because of the little Publix. Now, if you're trying to do some other stuff, I don't know.... my review is based upon my Amazon returns dawg... the staff is friendly to me, and they always speak. read more

The service at this store absolutely SUPERB! I'm so lucky I live close by. The staff is always polite, helpful and professional. The manager, Sanjay (probably incorrect spelling) has gone over and above several times to be helpful printing, copying and shipping things for me. I am in the store several times a week and have never, ever seen any member of the stuff be anything other than extremely polite. read more

What a amazing experience. Thanks to Emily and her great attitude and customer service skills my shipping experience was smooth and wonderful. read more

This place sucks. Staff doesn't care at all - the person helping us seemed deeply annoyed that we were taking up her time. I know working at a UPS Store probably isn't an amazing thrill ride but if you can't have a baseline level of professional service then corporate should fire everyone in here and replace them with staff who can actually do the job. Of course people need packages shipped so I'm sure they'll continue to get business and nothing will change. But I urge you if you're reading this, go elsewhere if you can. read more

Ignore every other review but this. This is the greatest shipping store of all time. Kashawn is literally the coolest and nicest man alive. He is up there with Tom hanks in cast away as greatest shipping person to be in the industry. I would trust this company with shipping my children. read more

The UPS Store in Sanford SR46 is wonderful. The staff is always helpful and kind to help package things. Its made a task that I put off usually into something that I dont mind doing or put off :) read more

Worst UPS store in the area. I had to return an Amazon package, they failed to give me a receipt and then got mad at me when I asked for one saying they already closed out of the program. I had 4 documents of around 150 pages total I asked to be printed on both sides. They printed it 1 page only and I told them this was incorrect and not what I asked for. They then proceeded to re-print all of the document the correct way I asked, but they printed it one huge stack. They would not give me a staple, paper clip, or even separate the documents. Thank god I will never have to return to this Location. The staff could not be ruder. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is awful and rude. We came in to ship something out as a return and the man basically told us he didn't know about going about it since the seller didn't send us a return label. He said "maybe you should just call eBay" and continued to help another customer. read more

This place is horrible! I just sent my mom something in Chicago they were suppose to wrap up they definitely did not wrap it up, they were mugs!! She got them today completly destroyed! FIRST N LAST TIME! read more

Don't ship anything out of here that is fragile or expensive. Employees don't know how to package accordingly and your items will arrive damaged. Horrible store and service. Claim process is a nightmare. It's been 3 months and counting and I still haven't been reimbursed for the items they damaged. I couldn't post this review without selecting a star. If it weren't for that they'd get none. read more

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! This place gets HUNDREDS of dollars of business from me when I'm sending medical equipment weekly back and forth to headquarters, yet they want to charge me for EXTRA TAPE when I'm shipping an Amazon product back because they don't make any money off it it??!! Are you kidding me??!! The WORST customer service and poor decisions to save a few pennies and lose hundreds in the process. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have been here for a couple years now, without one single issue... the staff is always freindly (we all have bad days) but they have never been rude.... i get loads of Mail and never once did i not feel welcome... always greeted by first name. Thanks UPS Sanford -Sam 333 read more

I came in to ship a 6-lb box to Queens, NY, on a Thursday. UPS seemed too high because of the Saturday delivery, so I said I would leave to mail it by USPS. The man told me they could mail it for me and quoted a price of $33 for 3-day delivery, but warned it may not arrive until the following Tuesday (4 days, not counting Sunday). That sounded high, but I was in a desperate place and couldn't remember the rates I'd looked up earlier on USPS.gov, so I went ahead and paid. Upon arriving to my next appt, I looked up rates on my phone and realized he charged me more than double what USPS charges for a 3-day delivery ($14.95), so in essence I got screwed into paying an $18 up-charge for USPS ground delivery. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU TOO WANT TO GET SCREWED! read more

This is the second time I have used this location for a P.O. box during a move. They always greet me by name and remember my box # I also mail things to my oldest in Tallahassee often and I like that I don't have to fill out ALL the address stuff every time. read more

The staff at the UPS Store are so kind and respectful. They were very patient with me and my 10 packages I had to sort and send out. Thank you ladies and Sunny! read more

The guy who owns and/or runs this place, Vic, is incredibly rude to his customers. Myself, friends, and family members have gone in multiple times for a variety of services and usually leave agitated. He has zero respect for his clients and clearly needs a refresher course on customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive to the UPS Store in Lake Mary. They are much nicer and know how to run a business. read more

Rude staff. I had a question and the employee's first response was "I would get that sorted out before you came in here" I was asking to get an answer because I obviously was trying to sort it out! read more

Just had an amazing customer service experience that is rare these days. Store is under new ownership and it's night and day. Marisa was very friendly and even assisted me in getting a few hundred envelopes out the door. Thank you for all your help ladies! Keep it up read more

The company should seriously invest in educating the store level representatives on delivering the BASIC customer service. The rep at the Sanford, Florida 32771 location almost lost our package with our passports. The phone at the store is NEVER answered. We had to drive 30 mins from work to go see a rep there who was closing the store 6:00 pm when the closing time on the website is 6:30 pm. When we asked the rep to help us with the package, he said "I really don't care about your package and I have to leave!" read more

Oksana brightens the store up; great customer service, fast and efficient! I know I can trust her with any of my shipping needs!

Please stay away from this UPS store. The manager Vic is rude and arrogant. We have a UPS account and he will not carry weigh bills at his location on purpose because he makes no money on UPS accounts. I have never been to a UPS store where UPS services are refused. He just lost a very large client and he doesn't even know it because he was too rude to care. read more

Do NOT go to this location. I sent my husband to go send a small package for me and this location happened to be near his work. I've shipped things many times at UPS and never in my life have been told that anything with fabric has to be shipped in a box. The owner then proceeded to box up the item without even telling him how much the box costs or how much it would cost to ship it. AFTERWARDS he then told my husband that to ship this small diaper cover in a BOX it would cost almost 15 dollars for 2 week ground shipping plus 2 dollars for the box. We didn't ship it of course because that's insane. You can get priority shipping at USPS for 5 bucks and I'd have room to spare. My husband just wanted to know the price and the owner quickly boxed up the item and then told my husband he had to now pay for the box. What?!? This guy is CLEARLY unethical on many levels and I feel bad my husband got taken advantage of by this guy. By the reviews, it seems this is a common trend with the owner and I hope this place gets shut down soon. read more
