Very disappointed with this UPS location, They are trying to take advantage of Amazon returns and advising me that on FREE returns they have to charge for TAPE to close a box. I filed a complaint with Amazon. read more

This is my new "go to" place for all shipping and other misc services. I had a legal document that needed notarized and witnessed, so I called and they said yes they had people there to do it. I went over and was taken care of immediately. Can not say enough for the professionalism and courtesy of Rory, Stacey and Shalmein. I go there all of the time for shipping and Amazon business, but wasn't even aware they did these other services. Thank you so much for your assistance!! You are a blessing to our neighborhood!! read more

Excellent service! The owner and staff are very attentive and friendly. They know their customers well and go out of their way to give fast service. I have had a post office box here for a while and I get immediate notice when a package arrives via a text . I highly recommend this UPS store! read more

Excellent customer service from Rodney at UPS. I had a very heavy trailer hitch to return ( description didn't indicate the correct weight). Rodney was so polite, helpful and courteous! It was a pleasure! read more

Worst UPS store ever. I repurposed an Amazon box to ship a 2 lb package. UPS destroyed the package and refused to reimburse my shipping cost or pay insurance - claiming the package wasn't sufficient. If the box was good enough for Amazon, then it was good enough for UPS. BTW this store ships and receives MANY Amazon packages daily. I believe this store owner did not want my claim processed because it would decrease his profits. USPS and FedEx are down the street - much better service for sure. read more

Excellent customer service! I need to frequently ship overseas and this can be a complicated process. They have made it a seamless transaction for me. Chris the manager was very professional and helpful. I met another manager previously but can't remember his name and likewise he was also extremely helpful. I have dealt with many stores in the past but this one will always get my business! read more

Your standard UPS Store services, but service is very friendly at this location. I have dropped off several packages here in the past, once I hand over my stuff to ship and pay and leave I am confident that they do a great job wrapping and shipping everything for me, which means I don't have to wait around for them to wrap and pack. They are professional and know how to treat a customer. read more

I had my computer sent for Saturday delivery to this location. When we went there, the owner told us it wasn't there but offered no help to find out what happened until we pushed for it. Then, he found out it was delayed due to bad weather - understandably not his fault but said that's all he could find for us. My daughter (adult) then got on his computer when he got up and quickly found additional details that he should have been able to find. Nonetheless, he was reasonable, took my number and said they would call us as soon as they got it - likely Monday. Since no call came, I called them. First, the agent, Christian, told me it was not there as they received no delivery yet. Then, when I told him my name, the package miraculously made it to store - with no explanation offered by Christian as to how it got there - but he told me that they have another customer with my name and marked it to go to him - so not only did they not call me, they were going to give my computer to someone else. Christian explained that the owner was not there and tried to blame me because my phone number was not on the package - even though I gave the owner my number on Saturday and was told they would look out for the package and call me. Then they charged me $10.70 for receiving and caring for the package. When I complained that no one told us about this "service fee" and about the service I was not getting, he told me I shouldn't send packages to their store. For sure I won't and I highly recommend no one else does as well. read more

I contracted with this store to send a package 2-day air with signature required. The package did not arrive on time due to miss sorting. I called UPS customer service for a refund and as told I had to contact this store to request a refund since they were independently owned. The store forwared me a check from UPS for $25.77 however, I paid this store $33.64. Again I contacted customer service and was told to contact the store. the store sent me a email. Total paid for service $33.64 Service for 2 day $25.77 - Refund Signature required $5.25 - UPS wont refund this service Fuel Surcharge $2.40 - UPS wont refund this service This store feel that they have no responsibility for services purchased but not delivered. read more

The staff can be very rude. I used to ship here all the time but they will suck every penny out of you for services. They are pretty expensive for boxes, envelopes and printing. I use USPS around the corner. read more

This is the best UPS store that I have ever encountered. I went in to get packing materials and was told that thye can come to your home and pack and ship for you. They did this 3 times for me and NOTHING was damaged in shipping. CONVENIENT, EASY, RELIABLE SERVICE. Dave assisted me and he was the most helpful and nice person. I also brought my Comcast modems, which they also returned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more

This was my first experience . The owner is a very sweet guy that always comes into my vapor shop next door to help with several things and drop off packages when our mail was delivered there . I sell jewelry on the side and was sending a piece to Miami , the young lady insured the 100$ piece for free ! And the environment is so clean and relaxing . They made a stressful task enjoyable . Both women wished me a genuine farewell .. And when I got back work , as the day got stressful , I would look back at my experience there and remind myself of the joyful experience (I haven't been on a vacation for a while, Im not exaggerating when I say this is my sanctuary now, a fond memory to look back to when I need to take a deep breath and relax) I hope they read this and know how much people enjoy their services read more

Had a great experience! I had to get a part out for service to California and time was critical. I was going to go directly to UPS when my wife suggested this store. Super convenient, super friendly, great service. Saved me a trip to UPS and even gave a discount for AAA. I received the 1st tracking email for my package while I was still in the store! I will continue to ship with them. I have had terrible experiences shipping with USPS where packages do not arrive and have spent an hour on the phone with No help whatsoever. I will not ship with the post office ever again, so this store is a great resource that I will go to again. read more

Thank you for taking the time to reply, even the UPS driver who delivered the package was shocked at the price and took the empty box back to his manager to tell them! So 'this customer' wasn't alone in thinking I paid too much to have it shipped! But I get it, the more you spend the more you save, so with that being said UPS will always be my first choice for online purchases, but my LAST for personal shipping!! I will take my chances with USPS and if it is really important I will ship with FedEx and Kinko's. And for those reading be prepared for another shipping rate hike after the holidays, UPS just announced this. Funny how oil and fuel are at all time lows and shipping volume is at record highs and yet they still need to raise prices. I should reconsider buying some UPS stock, because something tells me they will be seeing record profits fairly soon, if not already. Thanks for reading. read more
