I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others.

No one offered a place for me to put the boxes down and I am not a strong woman. Finally I went to put my three boxes on the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.
