I've been here a time or two just to drop something off for a return. Never had any issues before. There is a petite Indian (I believe?) young lady who works there that is just a sweetheart. My apologies if that's not her ethnicity, but I didn't catch her name the last time I dropped off a package. She's a doll though. However, today... i had a less than acceptable experience. There was one man in front of me when a chunky, red-headed Karen behind the counter snapped her fingers at me like I was a dog or a child or like I wasn't paying attention. Not a great way to treat customers, especially right off the bat. Who snaps their fingers at a customer?! I walked up to the counter with three packages and pulled my phone out so I could get all three QR codes ready for each corresponding package. I had BARELY pulled up one QR code and was reviewing it for a whopping two seconds when redheaded Karen pointed her scanner at it and scanned the QR code upside down before I even had a chance to turn my phone around!!! Whoa, what the hell?! WHO DOES THAT?! I explained to her that I wasn't ready to show her the QR code yet bc I was verifying that it was right code with the right package. Then she snapped at me for taking a whole two seconds to verify my returns and even argued with me about it! How very unprofessional and extremely rude. Then she gave me attitude about another package that wasn't in a box (which didn't require one). Karen was out of control, impatient, snarky and in dire need of an attitude adjustment. She looked like she was about 40 but she acted like a spoiled teenager who didn't get her way. Snapping her fingers at customers. Being combative and argumentative for no real reason other than just to be combative and argumentative. You don't treat customers like that. You don't treat ANYONE like that. Completely inexcusable. If you go to this location, avoid chunky redheaded Karen or go to another location where they don't treat you like this. read more

This place has gone downhill. Hard to understand the gentleman that works at counter. Employees aren't very friendly don't greet customers. Parking can be crazy at times. read more

This was really a disappointment today. Let's start with the parking situation between the restaurant next door and reserved spots for other businesses it made it difficult to find somewhere to park. Once I walked in I could not believe the wait. I was 9 people deep in line with only 1 person working behind the counter to assist. After not moving for about 5 minutes I gave up and decided to come back at a later time. Store was clean but very much so understaffed. What is even more frustrating is I did all this pre work to pay for my shipping in advance so all I would have to do is have them scan a QR code and be on my way. The defeated the whole purpose when you have to wait in a line that long. read more

This UPS Store is terrible. Some of our shipments we send c/o this store and they charge us a ridiculous fee to "hold" them - most times for less than 1 hour. We are MyChoice members but our vendors do not always put on the right Access Point Code (seems ridiculous) so they charge us to hand over our shipments or threaten to send them back if we do not pay it. Ridiculous when we already paid UPS for the shipping and then they in essence want to charge it again labeling it a "hold" fee!!! What a racquet - if we do not wish to be held hostage waiting for UPS to deliver to our home and having them REGULARLY missed their estimated arrival date/time, our only option is to pay ransom to this UPS Store to hold it there. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I walked into this store at 330p and there were 2 people waiting in front of me. It wasn't until 15 minutes later that a employee finally showed up. People were piling in and people were also turning around and walking out. Nobody working the front counter. Until about 20 minutes of standing in the store. Finally a man who hardly spoke any English and was about as greasy and dirty as bacon came up and started helping people at the pace of a snail. All I needed to do was return 2 Amazon packages and I was there for a half hour waiting. Will not be coming to this store again. read more

Horrible experience. I returned a shipment here and the guy (Duba) printed off the wrong packing slip. Didn't show it to me. Just handed me a receipt and said fill out this survey. A week later, I realize he didn't print off the right label. I go in to ask about it and Duba says it's my fault, when he's the one that printed it and made the mistake. Then, gives me a disconnected "permanently closed" ups number in Nevada. Don't trust this location. read more

Good location, easy to find and decent parking accommodations. Unfortunately this particular location falls short in the customer service department after several chances. Usually when I arrive the store associate is forced to get up from sitting in the back to come help me. I'm always the one to exchange pleasant greetings first. And this most recent visit I can't tell you how many times I was interrupted while trying to explain what I needed. Even after thoroughly explaining what was going where, the store associate still missed the mark and sent my (Christmas) packages to the opposite addresses (one being out-of-state). Also, i paid ($7) extra for fragile packaging and come to find out it was not added to either packages. Very disappointing. Customer wasn't any help. Very disappointed. I will absolutely go to the location off of 173rd & Center from now on where I always receive exceptional service. I'd rather drive further for better service and friendly smiles. read more

I honestly have never been to another UPS store, but I really loved my experience here! I went in to send a package to my family in Hawaii and I did not have the items packaged yet. The man who was there was so helpful, he helped me to package the gift as well as find the best rate to send it to Hawai'i. The UPS store also has post office boxes here too, so if anyone lives closer to the UPS store than the post office, it would be very convenient to have a P.O. box here! The store itself is very clean and organized, too. I really loved my experience here at the UPS store and would definitely recommend others to come here! You'll get amazing customer service, a clean and welcoming environment, and basically all your packaging and mailing needs met. read more

I would only use this store to send pre-labeled, free returns through UPS packages. The few times I have been in the store and gotten prices they seem to be almost double USPS, and forget it if you want to ship anything internationally. Today, the man working there said he can't ship anything internationally (even under 4lbs) for under $150, so I asked "Why is that?" And he said "It's always been that way, even to Canada." What? I went a mile north to the local USPS and mailed my items for $35. read more
