My daughter did call them when they hadn't shipped a week after ordering and the guy was nice and told her it was going out that day. It showed up on the 22nd and she ordered it on the 9th. But it's the right machine (Juki hzl f-600) and came with all the accessories and I'm very pleased with it. I hate they have so many bad reviews, maybe they need more thorough follow up when ppl order. But I'm 1000% happy and my dad saved tons of money! $450 difference...that's even cheaper than most places are selling the open box returns of the Juki f600.
