The worst post office I've ever encountered (and from a small business owner, that says a lot) The…read moreolder man that works here (name starts with a A) has an immediate rude attitude every single time I come to pick up a package. I came in as my ups link stated it my package was available for pickup at the postal office - this is what I told A. He points in the direction of shoppers and says 'that's the post office' until I show him my UPS link. He starts raising his voice, then goes on a rampage about how this is not a UPS tracking #, not the UPS website and provides no helpful info. All I asked if he could look up the tracking # for me and see where my package is held for collection. He states that my tracking link is 'spam' and 'not real' and when I rebuttal with the information that it is ups.com, he says word for word 'I can make a fake website with ups.com right now' (lol - I would like to see you try, first of all.) Completely did not give me any info at all and essentially told me to go away. I left and said I'll just call UPS and told them they don't have to be so rude. I left the store and had my husband come back in and as soon as he came in, he started SCREAMING saying "I told the lady to call the #!!!" (no, he didn't. he did not offer one single piece of useful information other than trying to say the website was /fake/). Husband was trying to clarify and see if he could get more info and this 'A' kept screaming and yelling like he was a child. The other employee was a bit nicer and ended up explaining that US UPS sometimes reroutes to smaller couriers and to check the tracking on other websites (USPS, Canada Post) - this is info he did not share with me in the 5-8 min I was in there, but my husband got such useful info in 1-2 min. I wonder why that is... All while the nicer employee was helping, 'A' kept screaming in the background. Seriously, maybe this isn't meant to be your line of work...I've read other reviews on this page that talk about the same man and I've experienced his rudeness more than a few times now so I know this isn't a one-off. When even Canada Post staff are nicer than you..it's time to change your attitude.

The surly worker must have entered the recipient name and city, but didn't bother with the street address and postal code (which was listed on the B/L I filled out). My package wound up in the destination city where it sat for a week because nobody could figure out how to call the shipper (me) to complete the address. I will go to any other UPS store. You should too.

There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. Basically we wanted to mass…read moreship some Christmas gifts from Calgary to a local delivery person and have them take them out of the shipping packages, attach a card and deliver them to the recipients (at about 15 locations). We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated. I contacted several companies before connecting with Sprinting. They either weren't interested if I…read moredidn't have an account, wouldn't take credit card payment , or wanted too much. This was a one-off envelope pick-up and delivery, it was the 28th of Dec. and I needed it done the following day. Brett at Sprinting responded to both my email and phone call in less than half an hour, The pick up and delivery were completed the next day as promised and they even accomodated a delay in pick-up time.
