The workers give you a confused look when you enter, as if they're puzzled by why you'd even choose their laundromat. The younger woman is consistently sour, never offering a smile or greeting when you walk in. The owner seems to be on some kind of power trip, acting as though she's the only person who's ever done laundry. She will only be a nice person to you IF you are using them to do your laundry using them as the service provider and washing your clothes in machines that also wash barn animals linens.
Also DON'T park in the front of the laundry mat or the owner will give you nasty looks the whole time! There are plenty of parking spaces and they should be available for people who are doing their laundry.
These ladies seriously need to take a course in customer service!
CONS:
- The DRYERS DO NOT DRY - Doesn't matter how much money you put in your clothes will still come out wet
- Farmers in the area clean their barn linens in the machines. The place smelled so bad of barn animals and horses - there is no way putting in your personal clothing in there is going to make it come clean
- The laundry ladies will intentionally use the low cycle for all of your clothing so you end up paying way more for the service
- PIG AND CHICKEN BARN LINENS ARE BEING CLEANED RIGHT BEFORE YOU ADD YOUR CLOTHES
If I could give them a 0 star rating I would! Avoid at all costs! read more
