A small location to mail your packages. I didn't spend a lot of time in there but I generally felt like there was better and friendlier service than the FedEx down the road which is bigger. There's a kiosk to scan your package if you already have a label. Sending boxes isn't cheap anymore but there's not much choice but the big brands or USPS. I always go to UPS in Nanuet, by Bob's furniture store. The service was never professional... The tall black rep. Is always rude, not helpful, n racist. Today, I went to drop off a package to amazon n I was unable to load my code. I asked him for their wifi so I can get connection n he refused. He walked away n went to the back. The shorter black guy, gave it to me n I was not getting any connection. I asked him for help n he ignore my request. I left there standing with my baby in my arms, helpless. After 5 mins n they both refused helping me indirectly, I had to pick up my package and leave the store. The talk guy, he only help certain skin color ppl.... I try my best to avoid going to this location. The ppl who write good reviews about the 2 of them, it is because they r different skin color from mine. The tall guy always have a chip on his shoulder. He is unprofessional n does not qualified for any cx service job... When certain ppl say good morning, he does not answer.... I will call UPS CORPORATE and report him/them.... Guess they both fail to realize without customers they don't have a job... I avoid as best i can due to the service, especially, from the tall black guy. read more

The quality of service that I receive every time I go to the UPS store in Nanuet is exceptional and way above standards. I was attempting to ship out a package today here. I have a UPS account through work. I explained to the associate I needed to email the store the shipping label as I'm a sales rep and work out of my car. The associate was immediately focused on me using a ups box. I go to UPS stores all over, and have never been told I need to buy a box through the store. I had a perfectly good box along with my shipment completely packed. I would have paid for the printed label. That is my normal experience. Completely unnecessary to buy the ups box when mine was perfectly fine for the shipment. Total inconvenience, and a total money grab. I won't be going back to this location. read more

I had to return a item to amazon. I was told that I needed a box. So I returned with the box. Then they needed to charge $ 3 dollars for tape. That's ridiculous. That's how much a roll cost. And then on top of that the tall employee was extremely condescending and rude and laughing like it was a joke. read more

This was my second visit to this store location and both were stellar interactions. Some people wait until the last minute to get things done - I am some people. My first trip was to renew my passport and I was in and out of there quickly despite my procrastination until the 11th hour. My passport picture was taken and the representative took great photos (not mugshot like at all) and gathered all my documents - checked them twice and sent it along. My most recent trip was also an 11th hour endeavor having needed a document to be notarized, scanned and mailed. I called ahead and was pleasantly surprised that I can get everything I needed done quickly and efficiently all I'm one place. After wrangling the other party to complete the document. Notary on site did his thing ans assisted me in scanning, emailing and mailing the original out. The process was relatively quick ans the staff was exceptional. I recommend this location because the staff is excellent and they help you get things done... even if you wait until the last gasp to complete it! read more

A couple days before Christmas, I walked in there three minutes before closing and they helped me in my crazed state. They took care of me graciously, never making me feel bad for coming in so close to closing time. They even had the UPS driver wait for me. I've got a post box at the place and they're always nice and on top of things with me. They recognize me and say hello when I walk in, never up charge me on packages left (sometimes for weeks at a time) when I'm out of town and have handled additional shipping needs professionally and in turn. Its a busy shop with a lot of people going in and out and deliveries going in and out. They take people in turn and more often than not, its the fault of people trying to incorrectly ship something that holds up the line. The staff here is fine but typically overly chatty with eachother and don't pay much attention to the customers. However, there is an older man that is always in the store. I'm not sure if he works there or just hangs out as I haven't seen him actually do anything. He does however give customers dirty looks and make rude comments towards them. During one transaction where he was hanging out behind the counter with the two gentlemen that were actually working he commented about a customer "I guess they didn't like any of it" because they had a few boxes to return. Keep it to yourself if you want to run a business and if you don't work there, get out! I prefer the Mahwah and Congers locations as they are much more professional. read more

This is the first instance in which I take the time to review a place. I was there to return items as instructed by the company. As I was returning, the African gentleman was called over by his worked to assist, he appeared angry when I informed him that I received a box from the same company that I was returning, because I was sure it was sent by mistake. He raised his voice and said " I asked you if that was all" . He did asked about the already returning equipment which he told me was not correct and I turn was correct t.. to add to the exchange he continued with his rudeness angry demeanor and any question I asked was not answered until I asked again and he then answered very rude. I was embarrassed to be in the store. Since he was dismissive, I asked if anything else was needed and if I could leave. He stated you can do anything you want. If you want to leave just leave. This is the worst store I've been to. The line was long and he as the owner, was horrible!!!! read more

I'm not even going to sugar coat it, this is the worst UPS ever! I've been here twice, the first time was horrible but I thought I'd give them a second chance- Nope still horrible. I have a serious problem with their inefficiency! I don't mind waiting (hello it's a UPS store you're gonna wait) but you should def learn how to be more efficient. The two employees are extremely rude, condescending and argumentative. whoever is the owner of this store has either a problem hiring quality people or is not interested in being there and supervising his staff. Paid a large amount to send a Rapier safely and undamaged. They wraped it in some paper and throw it into a long box, it arrived to it's destination sticking out if the box. They also over charge on everything. I go to the one in Congers. read more
