This company was outsourced to wrap our company vehicle. From the very beginning, it got off to a shaky start as we were very eager to get the car wrapped and seemed as though we might have to wait. We agreed that the car would be picked up on a Tuesday as we were told by the production company that outsourced to Vibrant Signs, our car will be picked up. Yakov made it quite clear that they normally don't do this but agreed to do it. We had to chase him down to find out when we would get a car. In the past, our vehicles (wrapped by others) were completed in a day. Finally we were told that the car would be ready on Friday which was not great as they had the car for 3 days but at least we would have it for the weekend when it's needed to hold signage for our real estate firm! All day on the Friday we were waiting to see what time it was going to be dropped off. Finally we get an email (no call!!!) that he wasn't going to make it for religious reasons. I have no issue with religious reasons as I am of the same religion (!) but couldn't it have been planned better? My husband then got into an email exchange with Yakov who said he was taking off the wrap and we could come get the car! Nice customer service! We got someone else from the company involved who apologized and made sure our car was returned early Sunday morning. Oh ...and the quality...let's see - there are ragged edges, the wrap on the back is crooked and some of the wrap is falling off. Plus there is damage to the vehicle. We now are getting the car rewrapped by another company. Stay clear of this company if you're looking for timely service and quality work.

This is now the second time my family has dealt with this here. My sister's car suffered similar interior damage just a week prior and there is a clear pattern of negligence. ​When I brought the car back a few hours later to show the damage, the manager who wears glasses was very passive and immediately tried to dodge taking ownership. He told me he would check the cameras and call me back no later than the next day. It has been several days and I still have not heard a word from him. ​To make matters worse, the actual cleaning was sub par. The interior was improperly cleaned and it was obvious as you could still see dirtiness on the front doors. They are clearly rushing the work and then refusing to take responsibility when they cause damage. ​I am sure the business will reply here with a generic message acting like they want to help or claiming they have no record of this. Don't be fooled by the professional online responses. When you stand in front of them with the damage they caused, they do everything possible to avoid accountability and hope you just go away. Absolutely terrible location…read more This post office has become the definition of unprofessional. They've installed a self-service kiosk so employees don't have to help you, even when you're the only customer there. Two employees stood around, refused to assist me, and instead directed me to the kiosk. Meanwhile, they blasted explicit music from Spotify filled with offensive language. One employee even asked for it to be turned off, and the other refused. On another visit, the kiosk wasn't working, and when I got back in line, the employee shouted at everyone to use it because it was closing time. When I explained the kiosk wasn't functioning, he became visibly irritated and rude. They also locked the doors five minutes before closing, leaving several customers outside who had arrived well before 4 PM. When we let them in, the staff screamed that they were closed and tried to kick them out -- until the rest of us spoke up. This place is a disgrace. It's not just bad customer service -- it's hostile, lazy, and completely disrespectful to the community.
