It took a long time but he finally put up the street pylon sign and signage decals on my doors. Again, it took a long time but I was ok with it. The work was great!! I understand the demands of business as a small business owner myself so I didn't stress the time it took. The last part of the project was for him to complete the signage for over my storefront. I have had a banner since opening in December and really need the storefrontsign. We spoke on the phone a few days before memorial day and he said he would "try" to get the sign up by the following weekend. I noticed the term try which made me think it wasn't happening the following week. Cool because I figured in a few weeks he would complete the job. After a few weeks i called and there was no answer at the business. I emailed for a timeline and update no response. I called over and over again no responses. I after calling with no answer I had my husband call and he asked for John but the man who answered said John was not in.I hate to say but I I think it was John who answered. If he or they were unable to complete the work they should have said so so I could find another option. Its terrible of to start something professionally you are unwilling to finish and the killer for mep is the lack of response. I'm very unhappy and disappointed I started with speedpro. Now I have no start tye process of finding another company. This had delayed my Grand Opening Event!!

He didn't so I called him back again then he said he had the product and I asked him for a price he said well This product is like gold. The price of gold goes up and goes down. The product that I was looking for is ammunition and it's made out of lead not gold. But he said he had it so I drove out there and when I got there, he said he sold it . Not able to provide customer service. Wasted my time. Won't help his customers. Maybe it's time to retire? If you are goons not bother helping your clients, why not just put up a permanent gone fishing sign. Wasted an hour of my day and he doesn't even care.

I was relying on this service and will not be coming back unless this situation is remedied. I had previous issues with a thrifted suit that had a stain and was not properly cleaned but I attributed the lack of cleaning to the delicate nature of the fabric. However, clearly the company just does not provide the quality of dry-cleaning that I am looking for. On another note, I have utilized their alterations service before and have not had any issues. Clearly their strengths lie in alterations and not proper cleanliness.
