Dropping off my returns are so easy at this location. They are always fast, efficient & helpful.

I frequently use this store to ship out my products for my business I'm usually in once or twice a week every time I come one of the lovely Workers Tasha welcomes me by name and is an absolute pleasure to work with! She makes my experience enjoyable and smooth definitely the best location I've been to to date! read more

Terrible visit yesterday from one particular customer service rep, JESSICA. After patiently waiting 12 mins, I had a amazon return that only need a strip of tape. (i realize it said "customer packaged", I had the original box and packing, it only needed tape to close.) a 20" piece of tape. She told me it would cost me $1.50. I said that was ridiculous thinking she was joking. She wasnt joking. Upset, I left the building. I realized I had some tape in truck. I sealed and came back in. Waited another 14 mins.. my turn, I told her I wasnt speaking to her and she made sarcastic remarks and told me "I get what I give" I told her I have been nothing but nice. All she needed to do was to tape the box. She proceeded to "school me" and I just told her to give me my receipt. She said nasty things to me and I called her a B because of her attitude. I called and spoke to manager and was told to leave this feedback tat UPS Corp would see it. So here it is. This location was once great, something has happened with turn over and now customer service is declining. sad. read more

Blonde lady has very poor communication skills and is all money and lacked any care for our business need. We had scheduled to be here prior and she basically scolded us for not calling and then recommended another UPS store and she didn't know where it was located. Lack of good communications , short in courtesy and basically a place to pick up packages. read more

this is the worst ups store -this is the absolute worse store- who trains these kids? they have the customer skills of a goldfish-they are not trained-not helpful- i guess this store just needs a couple bodies to fill positions- the kid that i dealt with today was as helpful as a wrong size shoe- and she couldnt be more unattentive and looked stoned to me- i was furious ! arent you paid to help people? or just to stand there with your face aloof? i only hope that she gets treated like she treated me-so if you want bad service from people that care a ---about your situation go there- get one of their scarce employees treat you like crap- do drug tests on your employess ups!!! read more

I feel this store is deceptive on pricing. I asked for a UPS envelope to mail paperwork and said I wanted to send it the cheapest way. They gave me the price for 2 day (which was very expensive). When I baulked and asked if that was really the cheapest way, they did NOT tell me that if I used a different envelope I could save about 1/2 the cost. That's very sneaky. I will not ship there ever again. read more

The location has an extremely heavy front door and I'm disabled which makes it hard to get the door open. The two clerks will not help me when I'm struggling even when they have no customers. They'd rather just stand there and stare at me while I hurt myself and drop my packages on the floor while the door slams into me. If there were a UPS store closer to me there is no way I would ever go to this UPS store again. I also can't believe that they charge customers to weigh and drop off sensitive information to go in their shredding bin. I have seen sacks on the floor and on top of the bin filled with info that should be in the locked bin. I would never let my sensitive and private info just be dumped in plain sight because the clerks are too lazy to put it the bin and lock it. Ridiculous! read more

I will not being using this store anymore. I calculate my package cost online on the UPS site so that I have an idea of the price when I go to ship. My cost today ( online ) was $39.23, this store charged me $47.32. They should say up front that they charge a fee to use their store because that is what they are doing. All UPS stores should correlate with one another. I could have shipped this package at the post office for $1.50 more and it would have arrived 3 days sooner. Lesson learned today, I will not be using this or any other UPS store anymore. read more

This is the worst UPS store I have dealt with. The notary (owner) is rarely there and won't let other employees earn or even retain their notary, so don't plan on going there for a notary. The color copy service is a ripoff. If you have your document as a file (not a hardcopy) they charge you $2 because they are too cheap to buy the copier component that all the other UPS stores I have used have standard. Do yourself a favor...save time and money... and keep driving past this place. read more
