This is usually where my anxiety comes in. However, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and patient staff member named Nick. He not only helped me make sense of everything but he helped me contact Amazon customer service to resolve one of my issues. It did not matter how long the line got he never made me feel like I was holding things up. Instead he continued helping other customers with a smile and did his job effectively and efficiently. Customer service could use some improvement as the staff was not very friendly this visit, though service in the past has been much better. I also picked up some packing tape while here. The price point is about the same as competitors, so definitely not cheap for front and back color printing, but it got the job done. Would recommend the service.

Using the self service check in kiosk became my go to when there was a line. One time I did not keep my receipt from the kiosk and that was the only time a package was lost. It took a month to get reimbursed for the package, but it ended up all good in the end. I recently moved from East Brunswick and now I miss their very good service and I'm stuck with marginal Fedex offices in the Monroe Township and south Jersey areas.. At some point, the management changed, and I started to notice the prices increase, and things go missing. The final straw was when, last month, my usual amount of clothing leapt in price from $60 to $110; and I was embarrassingly made to transfer all of my clothing out of my own laundry bags, and into theirs for no good reason. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. I tried to use the 25% coupon for shredding services I found on the store's own website, but the manager would only allow me a 10% discount. He claimed that the site was "independent" and did not have to honor the coupon. Rather than cart 25 pounds of paper to a different store in the hope of getting the full discount, I agreed to the smaller discount. Then the clerk and I discovered that the shredder bin did not have enough room for all my paper. He told me he was not allowed to give me a refund. I left very dissatisfied with the store and its management. But I want to say that the young clerk, Jaydon, was very professional and pleasant. He did his best to stuff my papers into the bin, though even his herculean efforts were insufficient. He was clearly trying to provide me with excellent customer service. It is a shame that his manager was not supportive and put Jaydon in a bad position. Beware if you plan to use the UPS store at 777 Shoppes Blvd!
