I had an international package to ship. The manager Maddie with pink hair would not ship my package without the recipients email. They are elderly and do not use email. She was standoffish and unhelpful. I went to another ups location and they were promptly able to help me, no email needed. This UPS store is located, conveniently off route 28 with plenty of parking. Service for the most part is good. The manager and assistant manager are fabulous. I have been there a couple of times when neither of them was there or available. Late dispatch and junk fees: Avoid this UPS location like plague. I have had been here for dispatch of a whole vacuum without a box as a free return in warranty; cost of packing and shipping paid for under warranty. It was not busy and long queue after me, so I offered to come back later for shipping receipt. Was not ready even after an hour. The item that should have had packed and shipped same day, was delayed by a day for no reason. I happen to have been here twice for notary as a walk-in customer and I was charged Appointment Fees. Yes, you are reading it correct. Upon asking a clarification, I was told that there is a flat fee $10 fee for any notary service (+ $2 per signature). I was was charged $5 just a week before at same location. Not to forget they took 3 reminder spanned across 10 days for a response for explanation of the $10 fee. I have used Notary service in past at UPS and was not charged any flat fee/appointment fee (just typical $2 per signature). read more

This place rocks. Moved into town from out of state. Set up a new mailing address box with them. They got me set up, answered questions, gave me local restaurant recommendations, points of interest, places to avoid etc. it was great. She also let me know that the other folks working there would be happy to help as well. I've been back 4 times to drop off, mail, pick up etc and every person has been great. Zero complaints and friendly. read more

I've taken many items here to ship out and each time they've done a great job packing up and shipping has always been efficient!

They charged me $3.19 to print 2 pieces of paper, one of which was the very shipping label needed for their 2nd Day Air envelope. I guess I should be happy they didn't charge me for the envelope, too. Staff is always nice, though, can't blame them for bad management practices. Other UPS stores at least only charge about 10 cents for each page printed. read more

This place is a total rip off with overly rude staff, that tries to intimidate the shipper into purchasing additional items, using language such as " the insurance for damage is NOT valid unless we re-pack the item "properly". On a recent visit I was overcharged almost double vs. the UPSStore on line quotes, told my item would arrive in 10 days vs. 2 as shown on their own website. I took my items home, printed my own label and returned to the store saving almost $50 in shipping by simply printing my own labels. I have contacted their corporate office and lodged an offical complaint not just about their rude behavior, but about their price gouging. I also informed Clermont country weights and measures to check out the accuracy of their scales and measuring tapes. Avoid at all costs or just prepare package yourself and drop off. I am NOT against a profit to stay open and pay employees a liveable wage, but they are simply a rude rip off!!!!!!! read more

I had two large framed glass pictures of treasured family photos that I was given from my sister's estate. These had very high sentimental value. The store owner carefully wrapped & packaged these two items and shipped them to WA State. They arrived in perfect condition. I very much appreciate the care taken to properly wrap and package these items. I highly recommend this UPS store to others needing careful and prompt wrapping, packaging and shipping. Why does this store exist? They are always more than twice the price of the post office. Last time I went in there I swore I wouldn't go back. But I was returning something this time where you have to requst a refund and you print out an shipping label for UPS or you can choose to do your own shipping. So I thought I'd stop at the UPS Store. They told me, " we don't know what it would cost because we don't know that company's rate that they pay. But the box is $14 95". Are you kidding me?! So I choose the mystery box, Wayne! Not. So you're telling me I should pay $14.95 for a box then ship it, then be surprised by the shipping charge no matter how high that is? I went to the post office and it was $7.50 for the box and shipping. So by UPS illogic, supposing the shipping cost is the same (which I gurantee it won't be) that's $22.95 to the same destination using UPS. UPS caters to huge companies that ship out every day and give them special rates and then apparently make up those discounts by charging individuals more. If that's the case then doesn't the UPS truck show up at the UPS Store every day so we should get the same rate as the companies that do that? UPS is a joke. read more

Wow, from reading past reviews, it's like no one expects to pay for anything when they go into a place of business! I go here all the time, and I think their prices are fair for the services they offer. I use this store when I need something notarized, shipped, printed, faxed, copied, you name it. They're always nice and helpful here. Oh, and they can also take my Post Office mail and packages, saving me a trip down to the Post Office and saving me time. Thanks guys! read more

This UPS Store is great! The staff here is so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I just shipped a laptop back to a friend last week and they guaranteed it in 2 days! They packaged it and took care of everything AND it arrived in the same perfect condition as it was when I shipped it. I was so pleased with their "Pack and Ship" service that I came back today to have them package all the Christmas presents to be sent to family out of state. Keep up the good work! read more

I made a purchase from Sleep Number bedding, did not need it and was told to take it back to UPS after delivery. I was told to tell UPS to 'return to sender.' I did that and was told that the store would not accept the item. I explained that Sleep Number is the one who told me to take it back to UPS, that the tracking number would be the same as the one given for delivery. While explaining that a different UPS store would have taken the package but I had questioned not being given a receipt and wanted to double check with Sleep Number. I questioned whether UPS stores had different policies for each store, and mentioned again that I was following the directions of two Sleep Number employees. The woman in the store then told me that may be so, but 'Sleep Number doesn't work for UPS!' While I certainly understood where I was and who I was talking to, and as frustrated as I was about the situation, I had been polite to her and didn't need a lesson on who worked for whom! UPS needs to provide refresher lessons in customer service and how to be respectful to their customers, and potentially returning customers. I may be just one unhappy consumer, but one who will share with others the disrespect received in the Milford, OH store. read more
