This review is based only on my experience with their public notary service…read more I had a document that has to be notarized. Unfortunately, the free notary service at my banks only notarize bank related documents. After calling around I found that both AAA and The UPS Store offer public notary services for $5 per "stamp". I chose the latter because 1) no appointment would be required, 2) its location is more convenient for me to piggyback with other errands. The staff were all wearing masks; however, there's no hand sanitizers anywhere. After a short wait I was quickly served. Nothing wrong with this but I was a bit surprised to learn that the cashier herself is the public notary. Everything went through as expected until when she rang me up. "That'll be $9," she said. I was confused. I asked if it was because it was a deed so it cost more. She said there were the $2 clerical fee and the $2 witness fee. Talk about hidden fees! Needless to say, I wasn't happy. $2 clerical fee for ringing up, and $2 for another cashier's autograph?! I called and confirmed: AAA on Trindle Road costs $5, period, no gimmicks, no hidden charges like this one. The only drawback is you would have to make an appointment. With the bad aftertaste, I won't be back -- unless I'm in a hurry.

It does not really matter, what does matter is that they have done everything they can, without me asking. In these times, people need to appreciate more of what people do, instead of what you think they should do, or don't do! A happy customer....

I sent FastSigns a file and only wanted a small window sticker done for our soccer team. My original order was going to be around 30 -40 decals. I only wanted to order one (which I have done in the past) to see if everything comes out right. I was told I had to order 5 minimum.(?) Okay, that's not what I wanted as a test but I'll go along with it. We had conversations about the file and I asked, "can you use what I sent you to make a window decal and look good" they replied "yes" they would have no problem. In their email I understood that I could pick it up the next day. (over 24 hours, FASTSIGNS, get it???) So at the end of the following day I stopped by to pick up the decals. When I approached the counter and told them my name someone in the back stated "they're not done tell him to come back tomorrow." Okay, ?.? Not to happy I left and stopped back the next day, When I received the decals (5 ea. at 5.00 per decal) I was amazed that they would allow work to go out the door that looked this bad. It truly looked like someone scanned a poor copy with one of those free printers that you get onto a sticker page. Are you kidding me? This is a professional sign company? You don't care enough not to allow that type of work to go out the front door? The twenty five dollars that you made cost you the rest of my order and my future business. What happen to the old FastSigns that I use to deal with.
