This assessment was later confirmed in writing by the office, which explicitly recommended full replacement of the sign box as the most practical solution and invited me to select a direction so the project could move forward. However, I later received a follow-up email stating FASTSIGNS would not proceed with the project at all due to risk and liability concerns -- despite no change in site conditions or scope. This reversal contradicted both the technician's assessment and the initial written recommendation. As a business owner and sales professional in Central Pennsylvania, I value clear communication and alignment. While I appreciate the refund and the technician's professionalism, the overall experience resulted in lost time during a critical phase of my business launch.
