I have used many different UPS stores in several states. When we moved to the Lynn Haven area, three years ago, I started using this location. I have always received quality service, however at this location the staff is always willing to go the extra step to help you out ! I recently returned an item to Amazon (book) and two months later Amazon sent an email stating they did not have the item. Therefore I would be charged for the item. I called the store and spoke with "Dorothy"(Mary) . She was able to not only track the item but also provided me with documentation. She went above and beyond to provide me the information I needed. Daughter just received a promotion and I figured new business cards would be a nice gift. Many choices online, but last minute delivery was going to be costly. Never mind that you don't get to physically touch and see the product you are purchasing. Our local UPS store gives you this experience and more. The staff was fantastic at explaining every step of the purchase to my satisfaction. Emails, with photos of the product prior to finalizing, were exchanged. Jo Ann is so disrespectful, when asked if she could print something off which would take a few minutes in her empty office she went on this rant on how it would take two days. I asked if I could get the paper and print it off on the computers they have for customer use and she went on another rant on how I wasn't the only customer they had, smh. The owner has went above and beyond to help me with countless items as well with computer work, printing and just too many things to list. They are absolutely the best people to handle all your documents and mailing needs. I shipped some equipment but lost the receipt.
