The UPS website indicated that it was delivered on Wednesday, May 6th at 1:51pm, but my son was home and there was no knock on the door and no delivery made on that date or any other day that week. My only opportunity to be with my son in some small way on his birthday was blown. He called the UPS store near him and they advised him to have me go to the one I had shipped from, this store, to complain. I did so and the manager, a large woman with bleach-blonde hair, looked at me indifferently. I explained all that I knew and she started to tell me that it wasn't UPS's fault because the delivery drivers do not work for UPS. She never told me this when I was there, paying money to mail it.
