Most of which, were gifts and various other fragile and expensive household items that were passed down to me from my family. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the price because I never had to ship soo many items that weighed soo much. Not to forget, my concerns about all the fragile items and whether they would make it back to me in one piece. Fortunately, the UPS store proved to me that I didn't need to worry at all. To be clear, I received all my items in a timely manner and they were all individually protected with bubble-wrap and egg-crate foam. And to my excitement, not a single item was damaged. The best thing about it all, I decided to keep all the extra bubble-wrap for re-purpose matters when I send other gifts for the holidays. My only opportunity to be with my son in some small way on his birthday was blown. He called the UPS store near him and they advised him to have me go to the one I had shipped from, this store, to complain. I did so and the manager, a large woman with bleach-blonde hair, looked at me indifferently. I explained all that I knew and she started to tell me that it wasn't UPS's fault because the delivery drivers do not work for UPS. She never told me this when I was there, paying money to mail it. She was rude and thoughtless. She didn't care that I had missed my opportunity to give him son some love on his birthday. She just didn't care at all.
