I came in to ship something on a Saturday and was told you can only ship air on the weekends not to mention it is way more expensive then regular shipping. The post office is cheaper and why can't regular shipping go out on the weekends? The post office is cheaper! read more

Poor management/ownership. They avoid communication with patrons. They do not take accountability for employees' actions/mistakes. Review your shipping documents with a fine-tooth comb. Just because you requested a particular amount of insurance on a package does not mean that is what you are getting. QUESTION EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE TRANSACTION! Our package was lost, and we are out $3000 to replace the item. We requested $6000 of insurance and were only given $3000. Multiple contacts made with the store. Continuously told "sorry, you only had $3000 of insurance and that is all that will be paid. Attempts to speak to higher ups ignored. Very poor communication with upper management. Actually none what so ever. Avoid this location if at all possible. Customers word means nothing at all! read more

I went to send a package today and they socked it to me with charges. Abigail, the clerk, told me there were special charges because the package went to a rural address. I never heard the like. The charge was supposed to be $33.00 with the special box to send a cell phone. It turned out to be over $41.00 to send it regular ground rate to Bradford County. I've sent packages before and never got whacked with a rural freight charge. What a rip off. This is the last time I will ever use them. I can go to A+ Office Outlet in Mifflinburg and save a bundle. read more

I needed a package to go out right away, so I called the UPS distribution center in Northumberland and asked if they would be in my area that day and if they could pick up my package. He said they would be and they stopped around 4:20PM to pick it up. I really appreciated their service especially at this busy time of the year! Thanks again! read more

I would not bring my packages and mail anywhere but The UPS Store in Lewisburg, PA. The sales people go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I am very confident that each package will be delivered in the time stated and intact. I receive an email by the time I get into my car referencing my package, the tracking number, and confirming the delivery date. Great place! Barb read more

I had to ship a package to Canada overnight. This is something I've done many times with other shippers, so I'm used to the process. The package is designed for shipping, so no additional handling was required. The shipment cost me nearly $400, which is higher that what I've paid in the past by about $75. It needed to be in Montreal the next day so that it could be taken to a small town in the province of Quebec. According to the UPS office in Montreal, some paperwork was not done correctly by the shipper, causing the package to be held in customs so it was not delivered on time. I asked if they (the UPS office) knew that the shipper was a UPS store. They said that didn't matter and that I would be charged for the shipment. I called the UPS store and inquired, and they didn't understand what paperwork was needed. The package arrived two days later, making my overnight shipment take three days to get there. I will not ship from this store any more. There is a shipper down the road called Crate and Freight and a Staples further south. In addition, the UPS distribution center isn't far away either. The convenience of this store isn't worth the frustration caused by their lack of knowledge regarding the paperwork required by UPS. read more

Staff are rude and prices are high in comparison to the USPS. I'm going to avoid going here unless I absolutely have to.
