My parents house has 63 years of "stuff" collected on every floor, and in every nook, and cranny. After 30 years away from home, I am moving back to care for them...so that means more stuff in the house. So it was time to get rid of the "junk". Tim came out right away to provide a quote and very quickly provided a date to collect and haul my junk. They were in, they loaded their flatbed and truck, and off they went leaving a very satisfied customer! I will call Tim again and again... All the possible stars for this crew!

Yes she wasn't able to pay the bill, covid has hurt a lot of people. They didn't work with her and were very rude. Just told that her stuff was in the dumpster. I believe that is BS. They wouldn't just throw stuff away, they would sell it to make some money out of it. We aren't stupid. I called last night and left a voice message. I have yet to get a call back. Their customer service is garbage. They don't care about people as humans. I am in the business of customer service, if I acted the way they did I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would look into other storage places before picking this company.
