This was the first time I ever had an issue with a return package, so I stopped by the UPS Store near my house to ask about it. The staff was quick to help, super kind, and really helpful - I was in and out in 5 minutes. They were able to confirm that the package had actually been delivered days earlier to the correct place, and they provided me with the confirmation and the package log. He was very polite, courteous and helpful. I have dropped off packages at this location in the past and he was always helpful. As he was assisting me, he also was assisting other clients with their shipping needs and answering their questions, while I needed to wait for my documentation. I had previously really liked this UPS and would go out of my way to come to this one, but the last two times Isabella was the person who helped me and her communication and Customer Service left a lot lacking. The first time I came and I had printed the label for the package and for whatever reason it was not scanning so I had to print it there but instead of troubleshooting with me, she initially told me she couldn't do it. We went back-and-forth it was not great, but we got it out so this time I brought in a QR code instead remembering the issues with the one I printed and this time she told me she couldn't do it same thing no troubleshooting not polite not let's try to figure this out. Just I can't do it. After talking with her, we made a plan for me to email the label to her and her print it and I pay the printing fee, which is fine but why on earth would you just say I can't do it instead of just explaining options from the beginning? Not professional very rude. Then an item scanned not the price that was listed and then she argued with me with what I had said to her. I just don't understand, not being polite, or trying to solve an issue. Also, the reason I brought the key code this time was because there was an issue last time and instead of remembering that she just said you could've printed from Home and I had to remind her that the last time I put it in from home and it didn't work overall left a very bad taste in my mouth. 12/07/24 @ 4:40pm. The 2 young ladies both Latinaaaaaa were freaking amazing!!!! I came in originally on Nov 17 to return this big box with an electric scooter. One of the ladies who were there on 12/7 was the same one who helped me in Nov. she remembered me as I asked if they were able to reprint the shipment receipt with the tracking number because the company claimed they never received it. After giving the ladies my phone number they were able to track down the receipt for me and also informed me when it was delivered too! Used to come here all the time to ship and return items. They were so great to work with. Came in today and the two girls were nickel and dimming me for everything. I was returning shoes in fully packaged and tapped shoe boxes. They initially wanted to charge me tape to group two of the shoe boxes together. When I offered to just buy the $5 tape roll, they changed their minds and said I would have to actually buy two boxes for $16. There was then one shoe box that did not to be combining with others. I have shipped shoe boxes that way every time I've returned shoes. For years. Including three times at this UPS location. The girls didn't care and made me buy a $5 thin plastic bag to "protect" the shoe box from being damaged in transit. Safe to say this won't be my UPS location any longer. read more

I purchased a Macbook for my daughter. I went to this UPS store to ship it on 16 Aug. After 24 hrs I attempted to track my package. It wasn't tracking. According to UPS, all packages should be scanned into the system by the close of business. on 19 Aug I returned to UPS. I was told the tracking number was not in the system and they didn't know where my package was. I left my information and was told the manager would be in later and contact me. After several hours I returned hoping to talk to the manager. I was told by the girl present that the earlier personnel was the manager. The employee went to the back of the store to call the manager but refused to give me any information about the manager or store owner. Both employees were evasive and provided minimal interest in my lost package. I certainly will not be doing business here again. 1k laptop and $432 shipping and not even a return phone call. If you have anything of value, I caution you about using this location. read more

Trust me when I say drive to the next closest ups store. These people don't have a clue what they are doing. I opened a PO Box 3 months ago. I was told my box was (110). A few weeks later I had someone tell me late that they sent me a product from my Amazon wish list. I went to the store and they said they already sent it back to the supplier bc it sat there for 2 days. I did not receive any text or emails that you are supposed to receive when your mail arrives to let me know I had something. Also come to find out my box wasn't (110) it was (210) and the lady told me that the guy who set up my profile didn't know what he was doing. I purchased the 3 month plan in the beginning. Just got a call yesterday asking if I was renewing my box. No emails and no texts warning that my box was ab to expire. If you want to actually receive your mail. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!
