I'd give this location 0 stars if I could. I was told by the manager, Claudia, that they cannot bill shipping charges to UPS accounts. That's right, the UPS Store cannot bill UPS accounts. This is contradictory to the instructions provided by UPS of how to use your account number at the UPS Stores. The 2 Lutz locations on Hwy 54 have shipped dozens of packages for me and billed the UPS account with no issue. Claudia clearly doesn't know, or doesn't want to do, her job. read more

I can only rate this business on the customer service I received; the cleanliness of the sales floor I witnessed; & the services offered @ the current time. Prices @ this location are standard; expect to pay more than you would @ the local postal office. I always choose UPS because I find it more reliable than the postal service & many more services are offered here. This particular location has a newer & more spacious interior than many UPS stores I've frequented. Parking is plentiful. This locally-owned & operated business is on Land O' Lakes Blvd. in Arbor Square of Connerton (beside Publix). It is open Mon thru Fri from 8 AM to 6:30 PM; Sat 9 AM until 2:30 PM; & Sundays from 10 AM till 3 PM. The female employee who waited on me (visible in one of the photos I posted) was professional. She wasn't overly talkative, but she was friendly enough. This location offers a rather new computerized checkout system, which made for fast verification of package info (destination, etc). The interior of the business appeared very clean. Sent a package next day air. Package sat in the warehouse for a day. Only after creating a missing package request a day later was, it updated and delivered. Still two days late. I called two days later to request a refund of the 70 dollars I paid to have it delivered ON TIME. Had to argue with person on phone that it was the UPS store's fault. How can blame be placed? I dropped it off at 8am on 6/4 and it was delivered 6/7 at 4pm. Thats not my problem when there is a break down in your own system but in this case, UPS made it my problem. Not only was my package not delivered on time but is likely sitting on a front doorstep because no one is home due to package being two days late. I would NOT recommend UPS's next day air because they really can NOT guarantee delivery and you will be wasting your money. read more

Customer service, being courteous and how about just respectful. These people have knowledge about how to be polite... well I take that back they do just to Caucasian people. Totally rude. Will make the drive to a different store before giving them any more business! They don't even deserve this star that I am forced to give. read more

I have always found this location expedient and always professional. Regardless of how many customers are lined awaiting service they treat you as if you're the only person in the store. I have never doubted that my package reach its destination in tact and getting a notary is a quick in and out. Great local visit. read more

I know UPS Stores are franchised. If you are going to run a business then be open NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.... I had to ship multiple boxes today (Saturday). They close at 2:30pm. The other store in the area closes much later. I carried all my boxes to the front door and it's locked. 2:45 in the afternoon..... If you can't be open normal business hours for your customers then you should look into doing something else for a living. We will make sure we avoid coming there for our other printing and shipping needs for now on. The business owner responded to me. The business owner asked what normal business hours should be????? I recommend look at hours of other UPS Stores in the region. 8:30am-7:00pm m-f and 8:30am-4:30pm on Saturday... I will continue to support those locations that have "normal" business hours and don't consider owning a business as a part time job or a hobby. Good luck. read more

Awesome. I'm a dinosaur when it comes to technology. I went there today with two amazon returns (what happened to dropping at Whole Foods, they only own the place.) So, I was trying to find my returns on my email account. And I was getting so stressed out. Apparently, that is not how it works. My clerk was amazing. She showed me how to access my account so that I could actually return something! I love that I can go to a place and have an intelligent person walk me through the steps so that I can make my return and not me look like a fool!! BYB, they have the cutest selection of greeting cards. Not so thrilled with Amazon though, might have to go back to the big box stores, uggghhh. read more

Every time I go here the staff is always friendly and polite. I have to print a lot of documents for school with virtual learning and have used them over the years for printing and shipping services. The customer service has always been good and staff knowledgeable. They have convenient hours and are close by. I will continue to go here as I very happy and satisfied. read more

Probably the rudest customer service experience I've personally been involved in. With one other customer in the store I inquired if they had the packing sleeves for packages as I needed a few. Instead of telling me "sorry we don't" the woman behind the counter gave me a look as if my question was so far beyond the scope of reasonable and told me "I don't do that". I really needed to ship a few packages so I asked how sent things out because I've been doing click and ship almost exclusively. She then prints out a blank label and shows it to me, threw her hands up and walked away so I couldn't even purchase the labels to ship my package and now have to travel 15 minutes out of my way to do so. I've had PO Boxes over the years and always avoided UPS Boxes because they were a little more expensive, and I thought I didn't need the extra features. Don't make the same mistake I did! I finally tried one after this location opened up right next to our neighborhood, and I wish I would have switched a long time ago! First the text notifications actually work on time, every time. I was excited when PO Boxes started announcing that feature a while ago until I got exactly one of those notifications when it was first announced then not a single one after that. With UPS they scan it as it comes in and pings right to my phone to tell me for each and every package or mail item I have to pick up. The real street address feature works perfectly also, I've received packages and mail from every possible type of carrier, including places that don't deliver to PO Boxes. Also when going to the actual store, it's always way less busy and less crowded than the post office which saves a ton of time and is worth the slightly higher cost alone. The people at this location are amazing too, super friendly and most of the time have my packages already waiting for me on the counter from just seeing me walking in from the parking lot. I've already canceled my PO Box and can't recommend UPS boxes highly enough! read more

I brought in 4 large, heavy boxes and was having trouble with the door. The female employee was unwilling to help me and seemed irked to have to even get up and assist me! I asked if she could tape up my boxes, but before she could help me, she started working with other people who came in after me. I asked if I could help by taping up the boxes myself with her tape gun. She said it was against policy for customers to use the tape gun. I found that to be quite stupid as I could've been done quite quickly! After she helped 4 other customer before me, the employee finally came over after SHE broke her own tape gun while trying to put in more tape. Eventually she got to taking my boxes, but didn't even know how to do it properly and I had to fix the tape. She ended up leaving one of the boxes untaped so I had to bring it to her attention. By then I was fed up! The apparent store owner stepped in, only to immediately take the employees side and accused me of tearing up the store because one of my cardboard boxes (empty) brushed up against her cardboard box display. The lack of proper customer service was incredible and the attitude about it was even worse! I will NEVER return to this store! read more
